We had a huge plate of brisket nachos that were absolutely delicious! The wait staff was super friendly and attentive. It sounds like there are a lot of fun things going on there like corn hole tournaments, etc. Don’t pass this place!

We used to LOVE this place for the atmosphere and the food was amazing!!! Not sure if it changed management or what but it went from a huge amazing menu to a sad two page average menu. I will always miss the burrito and there...is no real reason to stop anymore 🥲. Missed it so much when the border was closed and so extra sad that it has changed so much.More
We enjoyed Trapper Saloon so much we had to go a second time. Food was good but the people are Awesome! Joy, Tina and Cas were so nice to us and give the bar a great relaxing, ambience. If you like steamed mussels, the sauce...they are steamed in is delicious, not to mention the hand dipped chicken tenders! Don't listen to the bad reviews about the care they take in the place, from what we saw its very clean and well taken care of.More
A few days ago, my husband and I decided to try Trappers in Eureka as we have not been there before and saw they had good Trip Advisor reviews. We wore our face masks into the facility as required in the State of Montana. There...were no signs at the restaurant door stating masks are required. The bartender had no mask. I asked her about wearing masks. She said masks were not required there. We asked to look at the menu. The menus were crumpled paper that had been used many times rather than the laminated, sanitized menus we see in other restaurants in Montana. We chose to leave and find another place to eat. This may seem like a small thing to many. But, as a retired public health official, I see this business's lack of concern for public health and the governor's directive as troubling. If they are so dismissive and disrespectful about this matter, I wonder how serious they are about following other public health directives such as food safety rules.More
Hubby & I ate dinner here recently with a large group. We were quickly accommodated and had a wood-burning fireplace at one end of the table! VERY efficient waitress! Variety of food including burgers, sandwiches, ribs, etc. I had and LOVED fish tacos while hubby...had and LOVED their Rueben. Others had fried chicken, skewered shrimp, steak, etc. Free parking. Located north of downtown Eureka on highway 93. Highly recommend.More
We don't drink, Trappers has seating in front apart from the bar. Awesome burgers, tasty rib eyes, good fried chicken. Service is friendly but sometimes slow. (Cause of the bar crowd) Comfortable, easy going have not had a bad meal here.
A group of 4 of us tried to go to dinner here on Friday evening. We waited 20 minutes and didn't even get. Menus never mind drinks or food! Only one waitress for the whole place during the holiday season! Come on- figure it out!
We have driven past this place many times but decided to have dinner here before heading home over the border. Very pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere and the food was good. Obviously Hunter themed, but that's okay, just adds character. Recommended.
In Eureka, MT for a weekend social event. Went for dinner and it was a busy place. Eureka is a small town so not a lot of dinner choices. Very western with lots of animal skulls on the walls. Despite large crowd and shortage of...staff our server was great. Food was 3 star bar food. Kind of place where armed patrons would not be a shock...MT is a red western state after all.More
Amazing food. Amazing service and ice cold beer. This is now a regular stop for us!! The atmosphere is fun!!
Only there a short time but it looked like a fun place. The decorating is worth seeing! It had a hunting and fishing theme. The beer was cold and I expect the food would be good.
Stop here for a late breakfast however they don’t serve breakfast so I had the special of the day ( open face prime rib sandwich) which was absolutely delicious & best fries I’ve in a long time.
Was one of really less restaurants, which were open Thanksgiving.Special Thansgiving: Nice turkey in a big bun. Delicious.
A good selection on the menu but the preparation is inconsistent. Sometime the fish is delicious and then sometimes it is salty and rubbery. Seems to be no rhyme or reason and complaints are ignored for the most part. We have taken this venue off...our active list and only stop by for a beer now and then. Good selection of taps.More
I dined on a busy Saturday night where the whole dining room was full and the place was loud due to multiple football games. My server, Jesse was prompt, personable and great at communicating that she would be with me as quickly as possible. On...a busy night, it is a great move to acknowledge that other guests are being helped, but you will be taken care of. I ordered a margarita which was a good size and perfect after a long day of driving. There were several great options from ribs to salads. I settled on the taco dish and switched from chicken to carne asada. Absolutely knocked my socks off, perfectly tender, great balance of vegetables, cilantro and cheese with excellent house salsa. Flavorful, not too acidic and accentuated the dish as opposed to drowning it. The portions are generous, and when I asked for a to go box and fork, Jesse was quick to offer me chopsticks when the forks we're not available. Quick thinking and a great solution. I highly recommend the food and the service to anyone passing through Eureka. Thanks for a great meal and a lively atmosphere!More
