We were looking for a good pasty in Butte and chose this place when we read it'd been around for 50 years -- we decided that was a good track record. It was great! The pasties were the perfect size and had a delicious crust....More

I bought two of their wonderful pasties to take to Washington. Only half of one made it there. They smelt so good that I kept eating. I regret nothing.

We had the pasty with gravy. It was warm and delicious. Also loved the coleslaw and blueberry pie. The place is old not overly clean but about what you would expect for a great small town local cafe. I would definitely come here again.

Eating at Joe's is a Butte tradition. The pasty is a Butte meal not to be missed, and Joe's makes them as well as anyone. Sitting quietly and eating my meal, I was privvy to several conversations by locals eating there as well. I found...More

Very good! Reminded me of grandma's cooking. Cocktail size and regular pastys. Bought more to take home. Definitely worth a visit.
