We had a great lunch when we went to Gioia's Deli. The tastes and service were excellent. You can't find a bad sandwich there - and the price is great too. So I know I'll be back cause one time there is just not enough.
Although the lines may be long during lunch hours, the staff works very hard to make your wait not long at all. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, something for everyone. A must visit deli when eating lunch on the Hill.

I read about their Hot Salami sandwich and it seemed like a one-of-a-kind type of sandwich. There was a long line out the door so clearly we had found the right place. The sandwich was delicious.
