The second time we’ve had bad service here. I think that the waitresses hate children maybe. We sat on the patio around 7:00 and the server wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Maybe they just make great money and can afford to ignore the tables they don’t...More

I highly recommend this place for brunch, excellent variety to choose from. Love their House salad. There were at least two wood burning fireplaces and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I look forward to coming back here the next time we come

We ate here a couple of times last week and it was fabulous! The design is set as a rustic wooded hunting lodge. It has two fireplaces, one wood and one gas. It was cold when we were there and they had both of them...More

Come join us for a casual dining experience that combines the best of southern home-style fare with the rustic elegance of a century-old log structure, steeped in history as rich as the sumptuous desserts prepared by our chefs. There is no mystery as to what attracted entrepreneur Jude Simmons to this slice of Ozarks wilderness. The gentle hillsides were an ideal backdrop for his rustic getaway that would reflect the grandeur of Adirondack lodges and entertain in casual elegance. The home featured native materials, including a huge stone fireplace that still warms our dining room when fall and winter chill the air. Today, hand-wrought metal chandeliers cast a warm glow over antique furnishings and our 100-year-old mahogany bar. Bark covered logs and exposed rafters are a fitting complement to the sporting gear and animal mounts that adorn our walls in the Bass Pro tradition. Outdoor balcony seating is an option as weather permits.
