This restaurant is very close to Hwy 44 but I bet lots of people don't have a clue that it is there. Food was very good and loved that they serve breakfast all day.

Classic Americana diner that claims political incorrectness by supporting God, troops and police. Menu includes typical home cooking fare like meatloaf, but also all day breakfast. Had the Philly omelet for lunch - delicious! Nice atmosphere with very good service. Appears to be a locals' favorite.

No frills eatery but delicious fried chicken and coleslaw, sadly husband found the steak very sinuey and tough to eat, the steak fried would have benefited from a little longer cooking.

We decided to stop here because of reviews from other Trip Advisers. It was very nice, good food, and very polite service. One of the best side salads I've ever had ( even in 4star restaurant ). Will always eat there when we are traveling through.

I rate this as average because there wasn't anything outstanding "over-the-moon" about it, and there wasn't anything negative about the visit. The food was good, though nothing I'd rave about. I had the half order of spaghetti which was certainly enough even for my hearly appetite. My husband enjoyed his omelet too. It was a nice place to have a... More

Consistently great food every time. You will not be disappointed. We are regularly here. Breakfast rocks! The pancakes are perfect. The lunch and dinner food is also good. Homemade taste and quality.

It was the Talk of the Town when the family took a vacation. They closed the restaurant for a much-needed break. It's a very popular restaurant with good home cooking. I love the coffee in particular. Prices are very reasonable the wait staff is on their game.
