In KC for work and Jack Stack was recommended by friends and the hotel. This location suggested over the other Jack Stacks in the area. Nice BBQ and Smoke Shack restaurant. Easy access from Sheraton or Westin via covered walkway. Decently priced and the food is good. Not my "best" BBQ place ever but quite good in this neck of the wood and the ambiance is warm and cozy.
No matter when you go the food is always amazing. Cant say anything bad about the KC BBQ. The service is always good, sometimes the wait can be long but it is worth it. Great atmosphere.
A friend just traveled through KC and told me I had to try Jack Stack BBQ when I came for a quick business trip. His recommendation was well deserved! The burnt ends are delicious and the prime rib with creamy horseradish were perfect. Great KC ambiance and good prices
Beautiful way to enjoy so-called Black Friday - avoiding malls and crowds in downtown Kansas City. Warm sunny weather, riding the street car seeing the sites! Great morning topped off with a visit to Jacks Stack for a terrific barbecue lunch!
We are here as part a large group including our young kids. And everyone walked away happy! The service was on point, clean restrooms. It was jam-packed and noisy, though.
