Mr. Gilberti's is a frequent stop for my family. The Chicago-style pizza is excellent, the atmosphere is quaint and intimate, and it's off the beaten path (which is a good thing for Branson!). Mr. Gilberti has been in the restaurant every time we've been there. He's quite the interesting man! His cousin makes the House Dego red wine in Wisconsin,... More

My husband and I will definitely eat here again. It is worth the drive off the beaten path. The pasta has a lot of flavor. The salad for two was huge and delicious. When you order a glass of wine it is like getting two glasses at other places. We really loved the garlic bread. We were only able to... More

A little Italian restaurant just down the road from College of the Ozarks. Service was excellent. Pasta sauce tasted homemade and was excellent. The pasta foods were great, which is what my girlfriend got! I'd choose that over the plain pepperoni pizza which is what I had. Pizza was kind of bland tasting. Luckily it was a big serving of... Mr Gilberti's Place is an "O.K." Italian eatery but based on the TA rating I really was expecting more. It is well off the beaten path in a rural, residential area in Hollister. We will happily search out places that are off the beaten path if they are truly excellent or even very good but I was left wanting more.... More

A little pricey but excellent food. We were staying at a nearby cabin and needed dinner. Cute place, good service

Great sandwiches, a nice-sized glass of Chianti, attentive service all for a great value price! Loved our mid-afternoon lunch at this gem! And we didn't even try their signature pizza! We will be back! A casual atmosphere, outdoor seating is available too!

Very good food off the beaten path. Worth the drive. Variety of pizza and pasta. Need reservations if going anywhere near the dinner hour.

Off the beaten path, this restaurant looks warm and inviting as soon as you pull up. When you cross the threshold the fine aromas of Italian cooking lights up your senses, as the checkered tablecloths and friendly staff make you feel at home. The Chicago style pan pizza is just like you would expect in the Windy City. The homemade... More

We visited this restaurant since it was close to the RV park we arrived at after the normal dinner time and we were hungry. Known for their Chicago style pizza, we prefer a thin crust. We ordered a medium Mr. Gilberti's special with thin crust and the Andy Williams salad for 2 which sounded good. WOW! The salad for 2... More
