Stumbled upon Gilberti’s by accident. Was looking for an Italian place for good pizza. This place more than filled that desire . . . and more! We had a GREAT deep dish pizza! Got the Gilberti’s special. It has not too much crust but loaded...More

Another hidden gem of a restaurant in Hollister that few tourists know about. I made a photograph of Mr. Gilberti's Place a few years ago to honor Mr. Gilberti and his wife. Their tomato bread is fantastic. Your whole family will enjoy this wonderful restaurant.
