Did not care for the food at all. Got seated right away but waiter was assigned to many tables waited 20mins just to get the check then another 10 for him to come back for it.

K and I chose Jazz based on the favorable reviews on Trip Advisor. K is originally from Baton Rouge so Cajun food is in her blood. I consider my cooking skills to be the best when it comes to Cajun cuisine. We ordered the sampler appetizers and the fried portions were old and greasy. The jambalaya was good but the... More

I eat here quite a bit! The Chicken al Rue is by far my favorite dish. I always have excellent service no matter how busy it is.

Quinn was a wonderful server, the blackened chicken was perfectly seasoned, hush puppies were delicious. The only thing I would say is add more bourbon sauce to the bread pudding, otherwise , it was a great dining experience.

My husband and I arrived around 3:30 in the afternoon, waiting for our son and his family to join us. Nicole, bartender, was our server. She took care of us and made us feel comfortable while waiting, took our orders and while attending to all of us, she paid special attention to our 5 yr. old granddaughter. While the food... More

We wanted to try someplace different and we saw good reviews on this restaurant. We visited on a Saturday evening at 8 30 p.m.We got seated immediately and the waitress had our drink order quickly. Everything was very tasty and well prepared. Our waitress kept our drinks full without asking. The bathrooms were neat, clean and stocked. They serve alcohol... More

Jazz is a small chain of about 6 locations in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska. The menu is pretty extensive and mostly Cajun dishes. I have not spent a lot of time in true Cajun country but I think this food is pretty authentic. There is also live music. There is no cover when the music is going but they do... More

We ate here on a Saturday evening and not only was their food amazing (especially the succotash) but they had a guy singing that was phenomenal. The food is not true Louisiana style creole, but rather a fresh take on it. They did not have any Louisiana style drinks (Hand grenade, etc) but they had a great selection of craft... More

We have eaten at this place many times and we love it. Orleans style decor, plenty of delicious food, and friendly, prompt staff. Take a light jacket as I was cold but, spouse was comfortable.

The staff at Jazz are friendly and hospitable. We started out with some red beans and rice with sausage. It was full of flavor and spicy. The main course was beer battered shrimp. They were fried well but average in taste. The coleslaw was good but the hush puppies were too sweet for my taste. I would go back for... More
