I absolutely loved this place, I'm a sucker for tasting menus and they agreed to do one for me during lunch after asking the chef. I'm so glad they did because it was one of the tastiest and best value options I've honestly ever had....More

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant as it checked all the boxes for a great meal with two colleagues. We all started with the salads which were beautifully created and plated. I had the mixed greens salad which may sound a tad...More

We dressed up and went to Clayton for our anniversary and it was worth the trip. I was disappointed that many patrons were in jeans, not dressy jeans, just ragged, and one guy had his ratty cap on. Nonetheless it was special for us. Four...More

These folks open up the whole menu for their moderately priced prix menu. It’s nice because they a variety of interesting dishes. My wife made sure to order different items to enjoy various tastes. They avoid the standard fare found on most St. Louis restaurants.

Great menu and all meals were enjoyed. Superb waiter. Solid wine list but wine by the glass appeared to be slightly marked up over the standard amount. Fish and steaks were excellent.

I've been to The Crossing several times, but none within the past year. I went again last night expecting the same great service, great food, and great ambiance and I received none of that. I recall the staff wearing clothing appropriate for a high-end French...More

This is a very nice atmosphere to eat, and the service was very good. The focus must be wine, as they did not had us the dinner menu until well after the wine list. The list is a little steep, but there are reasonable wines...More

Excellent haute cuisine with local seasonal offerings and excellent and attentive service. The Crossing is expensive but worth every penny. Terrific soups. Fresh heirloom tomato salad. Excellent seafood.

Our server did a great job with our table of ten and she had other tables. The food was excellent. I had a mushroom pasta that was simple but exquisite. The fried blueberry pie was worth every calorie!
