During our first trip back to Branson for the year we chose to eat dinner at Rocco's. It's our favorite pizza place. It was a busy night, parking somewhat hard to find because of the crowd. However, we were quickly seated and waited on. When we ordered a medium pizza we were told the large was on sale so we got that for the same price! Rocco's pizza never disappoints....lots of yummy cheese and toppings on a thin crust. I was a bit surprised at the lack of social distancing but it's quite a small building.

Today was our first time there. We’ve passed by many times and never stopped. Saw the ratings on Trip Advisor and decided we had to try it while in town this week.
I wasn’t sure what to expect. Lot of great reviews but just enough negatives to make me apprehensive. Our experience follows.
Matt greeted us and was a really nice guy. Between the garlic bread with cheese and garlic knots, he recommended the knots. Some reviews mentioned them soaked in butter or oil and doughy. They were served in a pan with a lot of butter in the bottom and a lot of minced garlic. We really like butter and garlic, finding them to be very good. The marinara sauce did not have a strong flavor which was fine for us. My wife got a small Hawaiian pizza and I a medium meat pizza. The medium was HUGE and had a ton of meat. I never thought I would ever say this, but maybe too much meat! After a couple of pieces, I figured out how to fold it in half and capture the toppings. Sausage on it could have had more seasoning for my taste. I couldn’t even eat half of the medium there was so much! Now we have breakfast, lunch and maybe even dinner tomorrow.
I plan to visit again the next time we are in Branson. Is it the best pizza ever? Not sure. Is it really good? You bet and good people there too.

Let me begin by saying I'm not a huge pizza fan. My son LOVES it so we have tried our fair share of different places. We ordered the meat lovers. While we were waiting. We overheard the waiter telling another table that himself or his father go get fresh ingredients every morning, make all their sauces from scratch, and also make their own sausage. Still I wasn't too excited. The pizza came out fast and let me tell you, it was love at first bite! It was loaded with meat and the homemade sausage was amazing. The crust was thin and the sauce was prob the best I've ever had. I could eat that pizza several times a week. I'm just disappointed we couldnt make it back again before leaving to try other things! I will be back everytime we are in Branson.

We were very surprised that this is one of the top restaurants in Branson when we looked it up, the location was not where you would expect. However, when you get there and you start eating, you figure out very quickly why they are so highly rated. First, they take customer service over the top. Each and every employee will greet you, check on you, bring you what ever you need. They are courteous and conscientious. We ordered Cesar Salad and House Salads and they were great. We ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and it was outstanding. It was more than we could eat there and it was just as good the next day. We will definitely be back. You have to try this place.

The pizza is incredible and tastes delicious. But what is even better than the pizza is the service. The staff is incredibly helpful and showed incredible hospitality. They were a little overwhelmed the night we came and it took about an hour to get our food, it happens. But Matt offered to give us our whole meal for free just for waiting! The pizza and service were so good we couldn't accept the whole meal for free, but the staffs kindness and hospitality make already awesome pizza that much better! This is a must stop place if you're around Branson!

Excellent food! My husband and I had the medium meat lovers pizza with the addition of green peppers and mushrooms. The portions are so generous we each could only eat 2 pieces which meant we had 4 slices left to take home. We had started with the side salads and homemade dressings and they were very good and a refreshing start to our meal. Wait staff was nice and efficient. Will definitely be back.

They push and push you to get the garlic knots, which are just soaked in garlic. I could make better ones at home for half the price and it won't be soggy.
Pizza was decent. Extremely greasy. If you don't like greasiness, definitely don't order here. I put a napkin on my pizza and it was soaked in seconds.
Sizes are good and prices are reasonable. Heard it was the best place in Branson to eat at but we definitely had better here in town.

Th is Bill, owner of roccos. I'm not the one who usually responds to these reviews but I decided this one deserved special attention. I appreciate you being kind enough to give us a 2 star rating to tell the world that pizza is greasy and garlic Knotts have lots of real garlic on them. I can tell you our pizza is less greasy than most because I drain all of the fresh meat we cook at Roccos numerous times. We also have a health dept rating of 100% never less. I find it kind of funny that you have never done a trip advisor before and that you chose Roccos as your first review - seems suspect to me, but you have a fantastic day!

Although it's been disappointing to not be able to dine in right now, their food is just as amazing as always! Had a friend in town this week that had not been to Branson since I got married when she was a part of my wedding party. So while shopping around town we stopped for lunch and got some Calzones. Plain cheese is my favorite, my friend got a homemade sausage and cheese, and I picked up a pepperoni and cheese calzone for my hubby and brought it to him on his lunch break! Didn't get a picture because I devoured it to quickly! Yum yum yummy! Stop by today, you won't be disappointed!

I am a local and this is absolutely my favorite pizza place! We always start with the garlic knots and sometimes the fried zucchini. We have liked every single pizza combination we have tried but the Rancho Romano (with meatballs added) is our favorite. I’m picky about pizza and Rocco’s makes the best pizza in the state! The cinnamon knots with dipping frosting is yummy when you have room for dessert. Service is always friendly; Matt is great. They also take great care in using local ingredients and prepare almost everything freshly in-house. My family and I absolutely LOVE Rocco’s!!

Started eating here because a co-worker told me about it. Ordered a cal-zone big enough to feed multiple people. They have always had impeccable service highly recommend to all people that vacation here when they ask for good home style pizza

We are visiting from Texas and have enjoyed our stay, but have been displeased with the quality of food. Everything seemed rushed out to accommodate tourists as opposed to actually being well seasoned and tended to. Rocco’s delivered an outstanding flavored pizza with fine cut toppings spread all over. I called to commend Matt on restoring our hope for tasty food in the Branson area, and can’t recommend eating there enough!

I eat at Roccos about once every week or two for lunch and have never once had anything bad from them. Their pizza and Subs are top notch and the dont skimp on toppings or portions like other restaurants like to do. Everything is hand made and extremely fresh and their customer service is top notch. This is a family owned and operated establishment, and their dedication to their food and customers reflect this. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would because they deserve it. I encourage everyone in the branson area to try Roccos out and see for yourself just how great it is. Ignore the bad reviews because they are contradictory to what put Roccos on the map in the first place. Support your local business during these hard times!

We recently moved to Branson & tried many pizza restaurants in & around town. I’m here to tell you that Rocco’s is our favorite. We’re from Chicago & grew up eating some of the best pizza. Rocco’s Pizza is made from scratch using only high quality cheese, sausage & other ingredients. Last week we ordered pizza for pick-up & it was just as good as previous visits,
We also love their Italian Beef sandwiches & fried zucchini. Service is top notch in a warm & inviting atmosphere.
There’s a reason we eat at Rocco’s weekly. Hard to beat their delicious food!

We really wanted pizza to end the day and instead of using a coupon we decided to go with the #1 rated Branson restaurant and order a Rocco's pizza and garlic bread. We were told a 1 hour wait and when we arrived there was 1 car ahead of us so the wait was short at the pick up window. We got the pizza and paid for it and just as I started to drive off I noticed we didn't get the garlic bread. After getting the attention we had to wait for the garlic bread. Getting back to the condo we started in on the garlic bread, which my wife loves, only to be very disappointed. So, on to the pizza. We opened the box and was wondering, where's the "meatballs" that we added. Just little bitty pieces of beef and not that many! We bit into the pizza expectantly and we both looked at each other in amazement! This was very poor tasting. We had the marinara sauce left from the garlic bread and so we dipped our pizza in the sauce, which helped. Maybe it's great NY pizza but our local Casey's and Hunt Brothers pizza at convenience stores are much better in our opinion. We won't go back and won't recommend.

My Hubs and I needed a quit yet amazing dinner date. With us living in Branson, it is hard to find places to eat that aren’t crowded with tourist 100% of the time, terrible staffed, long waits on food, or just getting treated as a tourist. With Roccos we don’t get any of that! The moment you walk in you get treated like family! Even when tourist come to eat you, everyone gets treated like the locals that come in daily! Everyone is family. And THAT is why we choose roccos!
