This was a neat concept for custard/ frozen yogurt. There were about 20 different self serve flavors you can choose from and mix. Then different toppings and sauces to add. We had a few different flavors in our bowls to try. Favorite was the cheese cake, frozen custard, or white chocolate. Don’t be sticker shocked when you go to pay by the oz. We had 2-3 different flavors probably about 3 scoops size with toppings it was $11. Daughter had about 1 scoop size and hers was $5.
The owner and employees were super helpful and explained how the process worked. We will definitely be back!

We are grateful for your appreciation for Sweet Susie's Frozen Treats. From the very beginning our goal was simply to have the best frozen treats in Branson combined with a unique family experience unlike anywhere else. We as everyone are not immune to the impact of unprecedented cost increases and inflation in all aspects of our business. The owner stopped and visited with us for a while. He and his wife (Susie) were both in the shop. All of the employees (their children) and owners visited with patrons. They got very excited that it was my parents’ 50th anniversary and my birthday, putting a hazelnut cookie with a sparkler in all three of our deserts and singing to all of us. Would go back and recommend without hesitation. We loved it there and felt very comfortable, welcomed, and celebrated. They are newer so give them a try! You will love it!

These frozen desserts are great! Whether you have a dairy allergy or not they have something for you. They have you to pick out a container and put in as much or little frozen dessert you want along with all kinds of toppings. You will pay $.65 per ounce. It is so worth it. We love it and is one of our must stops when in Branson.

My wife loves frozen yogurt. She wanted a treat after a show so we stopped at Sweet Susies Frozen Treats. She/we loved it. First off, we were greeted at the door by the owners. Friendly, to say the least. Next, the place was spotless. When it comes to eatery’s, I want clean! Everything, including the restrooms, were immaculate. Then came the tour. Really. We were actually taken on a guided tour and shown the many fabulous options. I ended up with frozen coconut milk with coconut sprinkles and Ghirardelli Chocolate Syrup. The lady had a variety for yogurts in a cup complete with various fruits on top. She was happy.
There is plenty of seating along with inspirational music playing in the background.
The place is easy to find and parking is right out front.
We will be back.

After attending a show we wanted a frozen treat before heading back to our hotel. The first place we stopped was crazy busy and being it was almost 10pm we opted not to wait. As we headed back to the hotel we passed Sweet Susie's and decided to try it. It was 10pm and they closed at 10pm, but the owners were kind enough to stay open and let us get a treat. This frozen custard shop is incredible. You pay by the ounce after creating a masterpiece of custard, toppings and sauces. You can add as much or as little as you like. They have many choices of custard and sorbet, plus many many toppings ranging from the usual oreos, chocolate chips and such to strawberry bobas. If you get a chance stop by and support this locally owned business and meet the incredible family that runs it. We truly appreciated their kindness.

Loved the yogurt and all the add-ons. We stopped by because it offered sugar-free options for this diabetic. We are planning to go back, despite the considerable price tag on the product. You choose and serve yourself ice cream from a spigot in the wall, add toppings, add-ons, and syrups, then go weigh. Yogurt is heavy and it is priced per pound. Not complaining because it tastes good and this is a touristy area. They do a great job on this tasty product.

The staff was extremely helpful, nice, and welcoming. The place was very clean and neat. The staff was also very kind in letting us know that the price can go up quickly and warned us to watch how much we put in our bowl.

We have a 7 yr old that can’t have dairy or gluten, so this was a real find for us. She was able to choose the coconut milk frozen treat add some candies on top and enjoy. We all gave it a thumbs up!!!!
5 of us all had something different and we are all in love with Sweet Suzie’s.
Pick a frozen treat add as many toppings, get weighed and eat away. So delicious. It is one of our favorite places in Branson.

Asked Siri® to "find Ice Cream near me", turned down the first 3, decided on this place. Glad we did! Family owned & operated business, so we were able to meet Susie (yes, there actually is a Susie) her husband, Hugo, a son and a daughter; several family members are always manning the store. We are from a small city, not quite 11,000, so we SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS, You should, too!! About 20 flavors of ice cream, gelatos, etc. to chose from, then toppings of all sorts. Very refreshing. Kind of Menchie’s-esque in their delivery of the ice creams and toppings.

We visited Susie’s multiple times on our vacation and loved it! The family and staff running it were so kind and friendly and genuinely seemed to care about their customers. It was great to hear some of their story about how they took over what was formerly called Cherry Berry from their church friends. The store also had allergens clearly marked and delicious dairy free options which can be so hard to find! It’s great to support a local, family run business with a Christian testimony!

I stop at sweet Susie’s every time I’m in Branson, and every time it is always good. You start out by picking out your size of cup and then you’ve got like 10+ flavors of frozen yogurt, sherbet, and one dairy free option to choose from. The fun thing is you can mix and match. And then the toppings…… I always get fresh strawberries because even though I can’t get good strawberries at the grocery store, sweet Susie’s strawberries are always good! This time I put Cocoa Pebbles On top of my yogurt and it made it really really really good! Way better than I expected, and I skip the Hershey syrup and go directly to the Ghirardelli chocolate. Last of all you pay according to the weight of what you put in the cup. I have to admit that’s sweet Susie’s may not be the cheapest place in town, At least not the way I fill my cup, but it is a treat worth saving up for!

Went to try this place out last night for my birthday and they're so good! lots of flavor and topping options, dairy-free and sugar free options too. Our little boy and our friend's little boy loved getting to pick their toppings. The woman working at the counter was so sweet and even gave me a birthday discount. I forgot to get pictures because we dug right in. It was also kept very clean. We will definitely be coming in again because we're locals and always looking for good locally owned places to support!

We stopped in for an after dinner treat! My husband and I are both vegan and they have multiple flavors that are vegan. Very clean, delicious ice cream and friendly family atmosphere. My son is autistic and loves flags. We were delighted to see the multiple military branch flags hung from the ceiling. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for allergy friendly dessert in Branson, try this spot. I have multiple food allergies, including dairy and gluten, so finding a dessert place in Branson is nearly impossible. I happened upon Sweet Susie’s on Find Me Gluten Free, and my non-allergy husband and I are both happy. All yogurt/sorbet flavors are labeled with included allergens. There were 4 dairy-free/vegan options, which is extremely rare for me.

This is a frozen yogurt location. They have delicious yogurt and dairy free choices. It is so difficult to find dairy free yogurt and this one fills that need wonderfully. We loved the many different flavors...yum! This is now a must stop for us when visiting Branson, Missouri.
