Visited at 7ish on aMonday evening with a friend before going to the cinema. We went in and waited to be seated and were completely ignored by bar staff and waiting on staff. After this time we alerted the girl on the bar who brusquely told us to wait until someone was free. It was not particularly busy. Eventually we... More

We booked for a family meal of 12 people of various ages and tastes we found the menu on offer had lots of choice to suit anyone and the food was served hot straight from the kitchen would recommend to anyone but booking is advisable for large parties

Team were friendly and the food is what you would expect from a branded company . Staff seemed friendly but the food wait was a little long . It's not so cheap anymore

Called on a Sunday evening having walked out of the local Harvester through lack of menu options being available. Seated straight away and orders taken. That didn't start well either when they had no Samuel Adams on draught! We shared a garlic bread pizza which we all enjoyed. However our mains were disappointing especially my New York chicken and my... More

Hello, restaurant was very busy and this was reflected in the food, the garlic bread was excellent as always though, 2 out of 4 mains had cold chips, they gave us some pipping hot ones once when we told them, my sons pizza was burned but we thought he was ok with it until we went home and he told... Booked a table online which is probably a good idea in the evening. Friendly service and £12 midweek menu is very good value. Two potato skins is maybe a little tight as a starter whereas the cheesy garlic bread is full size and big enough to share for the same price. I got the Yankee hot dog and the fries... More

When the staffing levels are right, this is a good restaurant with attentive staff and competitive pricing. It's not haute cuisine, but when you're out for a meal with the kids, it's brilliant. But it's sometimes let down when you can't get the waiting staff's attention because they're too busy. You can be kept waiting a long time.
