hi Jane thank you for you comments on your visit to the crown on mothering Sunday but i feel if you had brought this to our attention on the day the staff and management would have been only too happy to help you and your party as we take every comment good or bad very serious . as for staff being weighed down with Tesco carrier bags the member of staff was the owner and was given birthday cakes candle and cake stand for a birthday party booking that was booked in the same day as you we do not buy our produce from tesco all our food is cooked fresh and locally sourced again if you had asked us on the day we would have been happy to tell you As for the draughty doors we have recently taken over the crown only four months ago when we moved in there wasn't any doors only a curtain we have totally refurbished the pub and the restaurant and plan for more improvements we can only apologize if you didn't like the soup but i can assure you we don't use Heinz tinned soup but i can assure you if you had brought that to our attention on the day we would have been only to happy to help you we are also sorry that you felt the box of milk tray chocolates wasn't to your liking once again if you had brought this to our attention on the day we would have been only to happy to change it for something else as it it important that everyone that visits the crown leave happy with a enjoyable experience of the crown inn harbury kind regards neil and michelle (owners of the crown)
