We traveled to your restaurant on our last vacation came from Ca. to just travel and found you. We both enjoyed so very much and the best was shrimp and grits, which I love and your shrimp sauce is still making me want more. Due...to Covid we have stopped travel and hope I can mace it but sad if I've tried. Wish you could jar it up. You both are fantastic people, please stay safe and hope and pray for youMore

I was volunteer for 2 days at this restaurant for the complete remodel done by Restaurant Impossible in August. This place was so disgusting it had Globs of black goo in the ice Ben. Cockroaches were running all over the kitchen. We had to shut...the service down because it was not healthy to eat. We work for two solid days 24 hours a day to completely remodel that place. The episode aired this past Thursday. I went to the restaurant on Friday, to speak with the owners and see how they like they're episode. I also wanted to try the food and see how it was after the place has been completely remodeled. We ordered our food and then I got up to go say hello to the owners. Lori was at the bar, as usual, and as I approached to speak with her somebody walked out of the kitchen. As I looked through the door into the kitchen, I saw two cockroaches walking up the walls! When I pointed this out to my server and told her I would not eat there after seeing that, she basically Shrugged it off and said okay have a nice day. Apparently this is such a common event that they don't even notice the bugs anymore, or just don't care. Worse yet, I contacted the health department to see when it was inspected last. They said it was inspected that morning! And they told me that if they didn't see bugs, then they must not be there! When I asked her if they could send a new inspector out to re-evaluate the restaurant having seen what I saw, she said absolutely not! Basically told me to mind my own business and go away. I am no longer going to eat at any restaurant in the city of Ridgeland, and I don't recommend anybody else does either as the health department does not care about their job or doing their job. What a shame. This place was completely remodeling look gorgeous, and they've completely squandered the opportunity againMore

We have been fans of Rossini for many years and heard that the restaurant had undergone some changes from several of our friends. The old Rossini menu offered a large variety of different entrees and the entree portions were always large. My wife and I...recently ate at the "new" Rossini and immediately noted the change in decor with a more open look. The menu was downsized to a single page. Missing were several items that they previously served that were some of our favorites. Calamari is no longer on the menu as an appetizer, and there was not fresh fish available during our visit on a Friday night. The entrees used to include a small salad and bread, which is now ala carte. The entrees are more expensive now as the portions are smaller. Our opinion as well as several of our friends who frequented Rossini is that the new decor is nice, but we preferred the entrees and appetizers before the change.More

Food is delicious but is pricey for casual atmosphere. Staff members were wonderful. Atmosphere is relaxed and quiet

This was my favorite restaurant for years. Then the TV show Restaurant: Impossible came in and ruined it. The menu is awful. They took lots of items off. I finally decided on the spaghetti and meatballs and it was dry. It's sad to see such...a good restaurant tank.More

Restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived. Service was very good. My meal was very good (Pan Drum with Crab) - my wife's meal (Veal Parm) not so good. Marinara over powering. Salads - nothing to write home about. Bar drinks way over priced.

One of the worst experiences. Waitress was horrible. Didn't bother to introduce herself, shabby sevice. Didn't ask if we wanted an appetizer or a cocktail. Would just run by every now and then. Forget a refill on water! Complained to manager who claimed there had...never been any trouble which I found hard to believe. Offered our money back which I refused. Didn't want a freebie, wanted her to know how sorry service and mediocre food did not play well in Ridgeland. Good thing she has money backing her - on Friday night at prime dinner service, restaurant was only half full - and I understand why now.More

Most of the time when we eat out in the area, we are disappointed, but not at Rossini. Very nice restaurant - service was excellent and much attention to detail. The pasta was excellent. My cannelloni was really good - large portion. Nice salad and...excellent bread. Will definitely return.More

Our waitress was very pleasant and helpful especially since we had kids with us. The food was delicious and I really enjoyed the mango sorbet between courses.
