Apparently business started as coffee house in response to the need for Katrina volunteers. Wonderful coffee and breakfast with delicious scones, omelette, waffles...homemade syrups.

Our favorite lazy morning breakfast spot. The food is great but the atmosphere is what makes this place. Locally owned and it shows. A must if you want the real feel of the Bay.

The coffee was so satisfying in the chilly day!! A BIG cup to warm your hands!! Loved that they had honey to put in my latte!! The chicken and waffle was delightful and plenty for my hubby and I to share!! Enjoyed this place !!
Enjoyed the hamburger with the homemade jalapeno bread and some great fresh cut French fries. Lots of great desserts and pastries available but did not enjoy on this visit due to being full from lunch. Will return soon to give them a try. It does...More
smart café the food is good everyone is friendly. Nice place to me friend and have a meal but small inside and limited seating, However it nice place to meet friends between their rush hours.
We parked around the corner and walked to this cafe. They offer lots of coffee choices and some food choices. My husband ordered a burger and I ordered a grilled cheese which was very good! I believe the chips are homemade they are pretty good!...More
