I was on business trip in October and ate at Little Szechuan. Ordered 3 different dishes, 2 delicious, 1 a little bland but nothing to complain about. What did surprise me was that all 3 dishes landed on my table only 5 minutes after ordering them. That seemed a bit suspicious but in hindsight these suspicions were ungrounded. As mentioned... Every month, my wife and I go out for date night and always ensure to pick non-chain restaurants and this year we have been choosing different ethnicities as our theme. There are several ethnic restaurants to choose from on university ave. and the light rail makes a stop there. When I was reviewing the options and saw Hot Pot, I... More

The food here is excellent. Authentic Chinese like I remember from my trips to China. Cumin lamb was fabulous. Lotus root, green beans and baby Bok Choy were equally delicious. A bit on the high side for price but really worth it. I can't wait to go back.

This is definite authentic Chinese hot pot! The waiter was extremely helpful in explaining and enjoyed our ethnic meal.

most Chinese food is not spicy, but the province of Sechuan is very spicy. there were two restaurants in town but one changed to a hot pot place I think. You go in and most of the time find Chinese people eating there, that says a lot. all of the food is authentic. it only lacked the smelly tofu........cho dofu.... More

Little Sichuan is the most delicious Chinese restaurant, which is near the campus. Several weeks ago, my friend, who lives with me, had her birthday, and we celebrated it in there. The atmosphere made us feel very warm. And the decoration had full-bodied Chinese style, which let us feel like eating in our home country. I think it is worth... More

My family and I have in the past loved Little Szechuan and frequently dined there from a wonderful and extensive menu. Then, out of the blue....they decide to only serve what they call HOTPOT. Whaat??? The last time my family and I dined, we were surprised at the change, but decided to try said "hotpot" anyway. Never been back. Very... More

We came as a group of 4, ordered 3 dishes, and could not quite finish the food. The "red revolution" spicy fish in stock was my favorite, and I think I could eat that for days (its a HUGE dish for 15$). Strong recommendation

both of these dishes I first loved at Princess Garden, before it changed hands. Now the owners of that place have a restaurant Far Asia in Shakopee. In any case, the Little Szechuan versions are great but really expensive! I got lamb and chicken today and the total was $32+ so not an inexpensive option.

I cannot believe it happened, waiter and waitress are such liars. They overcharged my credit card. I called several times, they just lied to me.
