Trotter's is a quiet hole in the wall that many out of town folks would never try. The food is absolutely terrific we especially enjoyed the variety of egg dished, pancakes and the bakery. You have to try the bakery or you miss out big time. The coffee is freshly brewed and delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and neighborly. Although... More

I like to come here because it makes me feel like I'm doing something to support my community. You can feel it the second you walk in the door. They care about their customers and they care about the food they make. Honestly, sometimes I can get frustrated with their hippie approach to the food, with clearly wholesome ingredients that... Great little eatery with a varied menu for all. Don't expect a lot of" glitz" just good food and nice service. Reasonable prices as well. Great Ruben sandwich. Veggie burger was very well done. Our little 3 year old granddauhghter loved her grilled PB & J. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

A restaurant that promotes organic and sustainable food sourcing with fair trade coffee. They have a delicious breakfast menu and is worth the stop if you are visiting St. Paul

My friends and I went to have dinner. We were a bigger party than usual, but the servers just adjusted and everything was great!

I really enjoy my order of Huevos Munoz. It's a generous and tasty breakfast. Although you order at the front counter and the food is brought to your table we found the wait staff too be friendly and helpful. Service was rapid even though the cafe was crowded. They buy from area farmers..

Came here in the evening with a friend to have a bite and coffee while working on a project. We previously check the hours online that stated that it would close at 9:00pm. Two waitresses were working that night. One of them was very friendly, the other one could not have been more unfriendly, literally. First, my friend had to... More

Casual, family friendly, neighborhood cafe and restaurant. High quality ingredients and preparation, with a focus on local produce. Great breakfast menu, very good lunches and dinners, and excellent baked goods.

Stopped on a campus visit for brunch. My son had eggs with zucchini, corn tortillas and tomatillo sauce. It was well presented but seemed to need seasoning. I had vegetable pie in a potato crust. It was pretty good, but still needed more seasoning. The dining area was clean and service at the counter was pleasant.
