I had the bacon Mac and cheese. It’s a side but made a decent size meal if you aren’t super hungry. This was delicious. It’s not creamy as I expected, but very very good. I also had the Ghirardelli (spelling?) sundae. Also delicious. Probably big...More

The St Paul Grill is located in the St Paul Hotel where we were staying so it worked out perfect. The food was delicious and the service was great. We were there on a weekend and the place was packed from happy hour past midnight....More

We had a late night bite here during the winter carnival and our service was great for how busy it was, but the food wasn't quite as good as it should have been. We had the escargot which I think were very disappointing. Interesting take...More

For a St. Paul steakhouse, you can’t go wrong with the St. Paul Grill. The old-school decor fits well with the menu, though the fish entrees reflect updated sensibilities to modern tastes. Service is friendly and attentive.

Service was excellent & friendly. My husband and I started out with crab cakes which were better than ones we have eaten on the east coast! We both had sea food entrees and they were delicious. Full of flavor and not a bunch of spicy...More

Old school is still great depending on expectations. This is a serious steakhouse with a great bar. Not that the server are condescending quite the opposite. Fun and enjoyable but a bit spendy

Brings in so much charm and shows off our beautiful city. Nothing in the surrounding areas can compare. The hotel is first class too!

Absolutely top of the line, superb food and service. Delicious concoctions from the bar, and mouth watering delicacies from the kitchen. We have enjoyed a meal in the bar after 'The Show With Chris Thile' ( and star gazing!), as well as a lovely lunch....More

The food was wonderful! The steaks were cooked to perfection and we had well, medium and rare requests. The desserts are definitely big enough to share, even for a sweet tooth like me!

Shoot, I am a wine drinker. You will love the bar it’s worth a stop by. Ask for Mickey she will direct you to the best craft beer place.

This isn't an inexpensive place, I would say dinner for two with drinks would be approximately $140

No official dress code. Business people during the day, people going to the Ordway Theater in the evenings, but also hotel guests, so nice casual all the way to suits.
