My first visit to Ventures was a pleasant one. Five friends and I ate here after the movie and discovered it was Taco Tuesday. Four of us tried the tacos and they were very good. The tortilla soup was spicy and delicious. One of my...friends had the steak off the senior menu and she said it was excellent. Another friend had the steak and shrimp combo which she said was very well executed. The place is a little out dated and eclectically decorated but the service was good and the prices were definitely right, especially the $3 tacos! We will return for another meal.More

While staying at the LePier Lodge next door, my 70 yr old mother, 20 yr son and I decided to have a late dinner here on our last night. This was Sunday around 6pm, not a lot of people and one waitress. The menu definitely...had plenty of choices from steaks to pasta to burgers, prices were decent and the food was good. Not a lot of restaurants in Fosston on a Sunday night but we were happy to eat here. Would recommend.More

We got into Fosston around nine and went down the street from our hotel to Ventures Bar and Grill. I ordered off the senior menu and had a very nice grilled shrimp meal with a salad and baked potato. My companion ordered a 12 oz....ribeye which was one of the specials for the night. It was prepared as ordered and came with a choice of potato, soup or salad and garlic toast. Our waitress was friendly and kept our beverages filled. The meal was very reasonably priced. I recommend Ventures.More

Stopped in here for dinner the other night and were very happy with the food. Started off the evening with some chicken wings. Our meals came in a timely fashion nice and hot/fresh, both our meals were VERY GOOD. We will be back again!

The bar has a nice friendly atmosphere and the dinning room has quiet area for visiting or reading while dinning.

Ventures has good food and service. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and it was excellent. I did not have alcohol, but another person at our table did and was very happy with a couple mixed drinks. Another of our party greatly enjoyed a salad...and BBQ ribs.More

The restaurant was conveniently located and was within walking distance of our hotel. We would definitely eat here again. There was also an adjoining bar.
