Incredibly slow service. We came in at 9:50 and ordered 3 pieces of cheesecake to go. 25 minutes later, and we haven’t gotten our cheesecake.

Of course, the Cheesecake and food has always been a hallmark of the Cheesecake Factory. So, we go there sometimes just to grab a piece of Cheesecake; lots of calories, but always delicious. Can’t recommend a particular one because they are all good and they...change them frequently. We stopped in tonight just to get a piece for takeout. What an ordeal including a man finally yelling at the counter staff to stop ringing up online orders and take the people who had been standing there waiting. The managers got involved and moved things along, but 30-40 minutes of our life were gone on this subzero night. We love their food, but it’s not fast food by any stretch of the imagination.More

Stopped in here on a hot day when we needed a place to chat. The banana cream cheesecake was not memorable....and I can make a better cinnamon swirl cheesecake... The carmel apple cheesecake is delicious. Our server was polite and professional, but there is no...incentive for us to return to this location any time soon.More

A family member had died of COVID-19 - we just needed take out & to not think about cooking. Placed order online. Went to pickup order placed for future time. Called at curbside & was told order was not there, that I must've placed it...at another location. This had happened about a week ago. Person sighed annoyed & started to hangup on me - they never asked for my order number or phone # to even double check. I said this happened before & I promise it's the correct place. Could they check again, thanks. They sighed again. They said it's there. Silence. Great! But when I asked how to get it they said others were in front of us, even though we aced the order 1.5 hours in advance. Two burgers. No apologies or thank you. I said thank you, they hung up. I was so confused fused what to do. After waiting another 1/2 hour I sent my husband in. He can out 25 minutes later and reported no one gave him any explanation, no thank you for waiting, no smiles, nothing. He also noted that no one was wearing masks, gloves, or keeping 6ft apart or cleaning surfaces. And we needed to dropoff this food to someone who is immocompromised. We don't feel like it's safe, as they are not following even basic safety protocols or standards. Just shocked by how horrible our experience was. We all are struggling right now. A death. Lost a job. Least each one of us can do is try to be accountable for mistakes or say sorry & thank you for waiting. Never again.More

I wrote a review a couple of years ago. I could just do the same one over The building is clean and neat. The seating, it's not comfortable for any privacy. Almost the cram as many people into one area that you can. Slowest wait...for food. If you are on a time schedule, skip this place The food: it might have been good if it wasn't cold. It's hard to eat a burger with cheese , when the cheese has become hard from being out so long. The soup was even cold. The salad which should have been cold was wilting from being left out for so long. The cheesecake, sorry nothing special and way over priced. The whole meal was over priced and grossMore

Yesterday was one of my family member’s birthday and she decided she wanted to spend it at Cheesecake Factory in the Edina, MN location. She had never been to a Cheesecake Factory and was very much looking forward to spending her special day there for...dinner. We were a group of 9 people total and we had all been to that location many times before. We arrived for dinner at 7pm and stayed until 9pm. We were served by a waitress by the name of Kendra. Kendra was by far the WORST waitress we had encountered in a long time. I had never experienced such horrible customer service from that Cheesecake Factory location in my many times of going there. From the start, this waitress was in the worst mood, super bad attitude, and showed complete signs of not wanting to be working last night. From the beginning it was the worst with this woman. She was late to take our drink orders, never came back to check on us, only brought us bread and butter once and never came back to ask if we wanted more. When we received our food she never came to check if our food was good. She was late overall or never there the whole 2 hours we dined there. But this next moment really put the cherry on top of this whole bad experience. My family was almost done eating when we notice a couple behind us celebrating a birthday. It looked like the male customer was the one with the birthday. All of the waiters including ours working at that moment went up to his table, which was directly behind us, sang happy birthday to him and gave him a slice of cheesecake on a big plate and decorated with “Happy Birthday” written on it with a candle. The usual experience I have seen plenty of times that happens at this Cheesecake Factory I’ve been to. I’ve seen it happen all the time, I have peers who have gone to this location for their birthdays and this is how Cheesecake Factory celebrates someone’s birthday. We all saw this happen. We were about done eating when Kendra comes to our table and asked if anyone will be ordering dessert. My cousin asks if they do something for someone’s birthday since it was my family member’s birthday last night and Kendra responds with, “Oh we just give a mini sundae” and walks away. We all found it odd when literally 5 minutes ago we say this whole Cheesecake Factory themed celebration happen RIGHT BEHIND US. Kendra comes back to see if anyone had decided on a dessert and that’s when my cousin asks the waitress again, “What do you guys offer for someone’s birthday? It’s her birthday (points to my family member) and we noticed the guy right in front of me how it was his birthday and you all went around his table, sang him happy birthday and gave him a slice of cheesecake with writing on the plate?” Kendra responds with “oh that was something different” and literally says nothing else. My cousin then says, “Oh well do you at least have a candle for this sundae?” She then replies, “Oh I don’t have a lighter” and says nothing else! Kendra doesn’t try to find someone with a lighter and makes no attempt whatsoever and just stares at my cousin. My cousin then says, “Ok well I guess we weren’t as special as that guy (and points at the man sitting in front of her) Kendra doesn’t responds and just walks away. When she swings by moments later my cousin asks to speak with the restaurant’s manager. The manager comes by our table and my cousin proceeds and explain what we all have been experiencing with this waitress the whole time we’ve been there including the birthday situation. The manager responds with “I’m so sorry, we will have a conversation with her” and NOTHING MORE. He merely apologized for how we felt and THAT WAS IT. We left there with the worst Cheesecake Factory experience we have EVER HAD. We are a family who has been there plenty of times, for our birthdays, anniversaries, etc. and this time is enough to stop going to this location. I will for sure be speaking of this to everyone I know and warn people to NOT GO THIS LOCATION AND BE SERVED BY A WOMAN BY THE NAME OF KENDRA. The food there isn’t cheap, we go out of our way to go to this location, we went for our family member’s and on top of that we get treated like CRAP by this waitress?? UNACCEPTABLE.More

It depends, lunch, dinner or brunch? Items can start at $10 for an appetizer, 12.95 for a great salad, and possibly about the same for the meal. My favorite is the Chicken Marsala. The meals I choose are in the $18 range... More
