The reuban is really good. The hubby always has the cookie skillet. We've been here for the breakfast buffet and there is always a variety.

I ordered an easy breakfast...2 scrambled eggs and pancakes. After a long wait, it was obvious I had 1 sort of scrambled egg and the pancakes. The pancakes were rubbery and the eggs, ordered a second time, totally inedible. Will never go back.

This restaurant showed promise and has some character but all was lost when the food arrived. Advertised as best breakfast in 5o miles.. It wasn't. The food tasted like old grease that had been used too long, Yes, I know old grease smell and taste. Use to be a restaurant manager. French toast was cold and tasteless and Grandsons eggs... More

Made a random stop for lunch. It has a quiet home style diner feel to it. Looks like it has a good breakfast selection with some creative omelettes & skillets. I chose the special of the day, a buffalo chicken wrap. Had chicken wild rice soup for my side. The wild rice soup was excellent. The wrap was fine, nothing... More

Great salad bar with lots of fixings. Stopped here on the way through town. Some at the table ordered breakfast; others ordered lunch. Everyone enjoyed their meal well enough.

Just passing through. Stopped at a diner down the road first, was glad we left & went to Sawmill. We were greeted immediately & seated. The place was clean & staff was friendly. It felt like they were really happy to have us there. The Hot meatloaf sandwich was delicious. More than enough food. Prices were very reasonable. If we're... More

I had breakfast here recently. Good for home cooking feel and atmosphere. Just eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Done well.

Nothing fancy here just good food and reasonable prices. Free parking on the street and right on the route 210 so no time lost there either.

Lots of photos of early days of Brainerd. Good food - my family and I had a variety of menu choices, and everybody was happy. Service was good and friendly.

Nothing special at all about the breakfast we had... We had an omelette with multiple veggies and hash browns. The omelette was served on top of the hash browns - which were then soggy not crispy. The cinnamon streusel cake that came with it was pretty boring as well. Too many other places in Brainerd to check out before we'd... More
