The "Land and Lake" is the Minnesota version of Surf and Turf (which they also have. Land and Lake features steak and walleye, both cooked to perfection and served with mouth-watering sides. We came here for a 50th birthday celebration, and received a delicious birthday cookie and ice cream big enough to share!

From the outside and the prices this establishment looks like it would be higher end dining, not so. The menu is mostly burgers with a limited entrées. They also have a limited wine selection. I tried to order a muscatto and they only served the pink in a little bottle. We ordered the steak walleye dinner. The steak tasted like... More

Went along with my business trip, got a variety of options including Mexican taco, veggie salads, and a great mix of beverages. The staffs were very friendly and prompt at service. Thus was a natural place where we went multiple times for dinner along with members who all had different choices to pick. Overall great atmosphere and convenient location, with... More

This was an 80th birthday party celebration at the Bonfire in Blaine, MN. We were a party of 14 people, adults and small children. Some of our party have food allergies - lactose intolerance, tree nut and peanut allergies. The Bonfire accommodated all dietary needs. Service was excellent - we had our main waitstaff, Laurie, who was assisted by many... More

I ordered the BBQ Brisket Club with fries and both were delicious. My husband ordered a burger and it was mediocre. The atmosphere was very nice. Service was good.

The food's OK, nothing more. And, there's some quirks. The 1/4 chicken, roasted, was just fine, but was a hunk of breast apparently ripped off the bird. When we asked the server what happened to the wing, we were told it's sold by weight. OK, but that's not mentioned on the menu. Look, for a beer or glass of wine... More

First and last time to Bonfire in Blaine. Service was horrible, hosts not talking to servers, we were forgotten about after being seated. Server wanted to be cut for the evening, not happy about getting the 5 top. We had the checks siting on our table halfway through the entrees. Food was ordinary, drinks unremarkable. On our way back to... More

Bonfire Wood Fire Cooking - Blaine - Average is a good description. Rachel H our server was the best part of the dinner; funny and cute. The Guinness was pretty good too! The chairs were all cracked and peeling with horse hair like backs. If the cracks were part of the atmosphere they missed the mark. My Penne Pasta meal... More
