We were at Eastern Michigan University visiting from out of town. Went to this restaurant based solely on the reviews. We arrived at 2:30 PM. There were people in the restaurant eating and working but they had locked the doors 30 minutes before closing time. Sign shows that they closed at 3 PM. It showed the grill closed at 2:45... More

This is a diner that serves breakfast and lunch. The Captain Crunch French Toast is a dish with an interesting taste, for a decent price. A carryout order was placed on another day. On both occasions, the service was very good and prompt. Military-related pictures and memorabilia adorn the walls, and some interesting objects hang from the ceiling.

Food is very good and staff are nice. Gets crowded but worth the wait. Lunch is great staff are definitely awesome. Owner really takes care to make sure place is clean and equipment is running smoothly. This is a jewel in Ypsilanti.

This place has old school charm and cool decor - model airplanes everywhere. Staff has been there for ever and are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast place. Huge portions sizes too.

Large portions. If you like WW2 airplanes, models and atmosphere you'll love this place. Great service. Very friendly. Like walking back in time.

Great breakfast options. Homemade corn beef hash and eggs is my favorite, closely followed by the Bomber omelet. French toast and biscuits and gravy are also phenomenal. This place played a pretty big role in helping to save part of the old B-24 bomber plant to rebuild the Yankee Air Museum.

Huge pile of food. Be hungry. I had a mountain of hash browns stacked with 2 fried eggs, sausage, biscuit and covered with gravy. Great service. Mostly went for a gander at the decor. Husband is a WWII buff, ate here then went on to the Yankee Air Force Museum. We were visiting during the week, not really crowded at... More

Great breakfast and lunch options. Owner is usually there to help the flow of things. Parking in front is limited but it has a rear parking lot. Wait staff is very friendly and courteous.

Diner food is pretty much the same wherever you go. This is basically a coney island that is only open for breakfast and has large portions. Nothing exciting, not majorly bad or majorly good...
