An unexpected farm to table, very affordable restaurant. Food is good, not fantastic. A great option if you are on a budget and want farm to table food.

Horribly pricy for what you're offered. Even a modest dish of oatmeal was crazy expensive. I couldn't justify spending that for breakfast. The hubster ordered "toast" to go with his eggs, but it was a homemade bread (which is good) but completely inappropriate for bacon, eggs, and sausage. We won't be back.

I have to come here whenever I'm in GR to get the banana bread french toast! It is amazing. There's usually a wait but it is so worth it. Also upgrade to the cinnamon butter syrup.

My daughters asked where I wanted to go for my birthday. So I looked to see what was suggested online and Noble restaurant came up. We've never been there so we decided to try it anyway. What a wonderful surprise and we will definitely be going back. And Sarah was our server and she was awesome! She is quick fast... More

I like Noble because the food is made with fresh ingredients, a lot of Gluten Free and Vegan options. It is only a breakfast and lunch place - I wish they were open longer. It is a small family owned restaurant and seems to keep very busy everytime I am there. Sometimes there is a wait to get a table.... More

We visited on a snowy Saturday around 11 AM and this place was full and busy. The decor is nice and fresh. When we arrived they had a pad of paper that you write your name and party size on. There is not much room to wait in here as the register to pay at is right by the door... More

I've been here 3 times now because my wife is gluten free and dairy free. For her, this place is great. Lots of options. The service is good, and the place is clean. For me, though, I wouldn't go back if it weren't for her. I have had items from both the breakfast and lunch menus, and every time I... More

I finally had lunch at Noble today and will definitely go back. I was absolutely thrilled at all the gluten free options. The onion tangles are fantastic. I got the fried cod and it was crunchy and delicious. My sister got breakfast and said her hashbrowns and homemade bread were just how she likes them. We will be back.

We start by eliminating as many unnecessary ingredients and additives as possible. That is why our entire menu contains no artificial color, flavors (excluding flavored hot beverages), MSG, high fructose corn syrup, or artificial nitrates. This also allows us to offer many gluten-free and dairy-free options. When looking at the wide array of food that we are able to purchase, we feel less is more. We are constantly reevaluating our menu to see what can be eliminated or changed to make our food healthier, better quality, or more accessible to our allergy concerned guests. We then source very high quality ingredients. We carry over a dozen organic items including chicken, milk, bread, eggs, maple syrup, carrots... Our beef is raised without the use of antibiotics. All of our seafood is wild caught. Our ham and bacon that we serve is all natural with no added artificial nitrates. Whenever feasible our produce is purchased fresh, not frozen or canned. We finish by making most of our items from scratch in our kitchen. These include our waffle & GF waffles, homemade bread and jam, burger buns, chicken strips, salad dressings, coffee cake, cinnamon rolls, and vegan granola. We also only use pure oils and real butter for all of our cooking and baking. We feel that making most of our items in house with real whole ingredients allows us to provide our guests with the best tasting food possible.
