I took a ski team(9 people) one snowy eve. There was a vegan, a gluten free person, and three no beef eaters. The others would ,and did, eat anything in sight. We had a great time-good homey atmosphere, wood lined walls, nice view of Traverse Bay,...More

We were here for a private party, but ordered off the menu. This place has been in business at this location for over 100 years. Typical bar food, but tasty. Mounted Moose and game heads give it an old time "up north" atmosphere.

This is an old style tavern which has literally been around forever. It’s one of the oldest eateries in the state and the atmosphere reflects that. It’s fun. The food is good bar food.
