Phil's isn't very big, and it isn't very fancy looking, but it has great food and real charm. The menu is pretty extensive, and the prices aren't too bad, for Saugatuck.

No, unfortunately they don’t take reservations. You put your name in and wait. If you arrive fairly early, 5:30 or so, the wait shouldn’t be too long.
