Excellent service, lovely atmosphere, creative recipes, beautiful presentation and simply delicious food made our lunch at La Savie a very special experience. We will definitely go back. Finding the restaurant wasn't difficult due to excellent turn by turn signage.

If you are in the area, don't miss it. The place is awesome and the food is delightfull. Even if your gps don't find the way, don't give up, you should regret it. Frederic is really nice and will make you discover amazing taste.

We booked La Savie, giving 3 days notice, and were advised, by text, on the evening of our proposed dinner that they had to cancel. No reason, and ony 2 hours warning. Not helpful at all.

Tucked away in the countryside, this is a fabulous find.. The food is superb, great choice of courses and aperitifs. The night we visited there were some French classics with an Asian or Moroccan twist. Beautifully done and presented. Great wine list too. The staff are very friendly and speak both English and French. Allow an extra 10 minutes to... More

La Savie is absolutely up there with the best restaurants I have been lucky enough to eat at (on business in cities round the world, and personally). Amazing fresh ingredients, prepared with passion, in a picturesque courtyard (or indoors) in the middle of nowhere. The very best restaurant I have visited in France. Book ahead however, as the chef buys-in... More

A lovely remote restaurant offering something other than the ubiquitous foie gras and duck. So glad we visited. Need to follow signs to get here. GPS won't help.

Wish we hadn't left lunch at La Savie so late in our trip - we would have eaten here three times if we'd known it was this brilliant. Still early in the season so we (6 adults 2 little ones) had the place to ourselves. Sat outside but when it started to drizzle the chef patron whipped out the giant... More

Wonderful menu, local food but the chef also does a fusion type menu with his own twists, delicious, locally sourced produce.

Having seen the excellent write ups on Trip Advisor for this small restaurant near our home we decided to give it a try and weren't disappointed. Driving to it at night made is tricky to find the signs but fortunately the car navigation had no problems. The restaurant has a large car park and is housed in a converted farm... More

Whilst La Savie is a bit hard to find, it is well worth it. The food was not the usual local fare. It was imaginative and creative, light and tasty. The only choice was the Autumn menu at 35 euro for 4 courses, didn't even have to think. Each dish was fantastic. I will be going back for sure. What... More
