The place has always been there for me. Good coffee and people who remember my name and drink. I recommend it.

We've only been to this location during Silver Bells in the City and it's always packed but they get our drinks and get us out of there fast. They even took a coupon for another Biggby location without question.

This seems to be the place to go for "Full service coffee" in Lansing. Good selections and they pull espresso with a nice crema. Free Wifi makes this quite a hangout. No complaints!

Starbucks are mighty hard to find in Lansing, so Biggby is the most often thing you can find in the area. Not a fan I must say. They couldn't get the drinks right, they were slightly uninterested and rude in taking orders, and when I inquired about franchising, they rolled their eyes and said 'good luck affording it'. They're actually... More

Biggby Coffee was established in the Lansing area and provides great service as well as excellent frozen lattes. I've never been a 'real coffee' drinker, but love the Nutty Buddy's and the seasonal frozen lattes. In the off occurrence that you may have a bad experience, the corporate office and franchisees are anxious to resolve the situation. You can't get... More

I have been disappointed the last 3 times I've gotten a caffe latte from Biggby's. I visited 3 different stores in the Lansing area. I don't know what kind of coffee they use for their espresso, but it's just too weak. It did not used to be this way so I suspect they have opted for a lower quality of... More

As a coffee roaster it's always a challenge to find decent coffee when I'm away from home or my shop. I was pleasantly surprised when I chose this place at random. Very very friendly staff and I was impressed that they knew what a macchiato was, normally I get a look like I have 2 heads. Well extracted espresso, quality... More

Biggby is a Lansing based coffee chain. It's product is exceptional and the price is very fair. I definitely prefer it to the national chains.

Also known as Beaners for the locals. Biggby is almost like any coffee store chain, except that the michiganders really know and like it. It's a good place to hang out, drink some coffee or read a book. Try the Chai Latte, the Butter Bear or the Salty Caramel Latte. They also have some low calories coffees!
