OMA'S RESTAURANT, Frankenmuth

We were traveling and stopped here for dinner tonight . It was not busy but took 15 minutes after being seated to have a waitress come to our table and then after 10 minutes we had to flag her down to remind her we hadn’t...gotten our drinks…That should have been our first clue to go somewhere else, but we decided it’s got to get better….Not…. Took 45 minutes to get our food. Hubby had the chicken dinner and I had the hot turkey sandwich and both of ours were barely warm.. worst meal ever.More

Mac & Cheese with Portabella

Subpar food

Food was ok, a bit overpriced. We ended up going to other restaurants during our stay in the area like a small breakfast/lunch place on the main street of all the other attractions.More

Very good for Breakfast but totally skip for lunch or dinner..Multiple fails

We go to frankenmuth a lot and go to Omas a lot but will totally avoid for lunch and dinner in the future. Breakfast is always good but on three occasions this last trip had really poor experiences at lunch and dinner. The worst was...a family meal where two kids didn't get their meals until everyone was finished with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich literally taking over half an hour. Very non existent service with half a teaspoon only of gravy on the mashed potato and absolutely no sauce on a dried out pork chop and dried out chicken. Others in the party were also unfilled and we went elsewhere to get more food. We eat little normally but this really disappointed. If management can provide good breakfast and an expensive farce for other meals there is needed workMore

The chicken dinner is amazing!

Christine was our server, she was excellent and so nice! This is a nice clean place to dine. Be sure to be nice back and generous with tip as they guys and gals work very hard. The chicken dinner is the best I have ever...had, delicious sides. So much food and all so good! I will go back again someday for it. A good idea is to get this meal at lunch time as you need the rest of the afternoon to walk it off lol.More

Good food and nice atmosphere

They weren’t open for dinner yet, so we went for breakfast. The waitress was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was good and plentiful. Will differently go back.More

Wonderful Experience!

Our first visit to Frankenmuth in December 2021, and our evenings at Oma's was such a special part of our trip. Yes Oma's accepts reservations for Lunch and Dinner. Larger parties would be directed to the Sales Departments. Breakfast is first come first serve. Hope to see you soon. Imelda Leix General Manager
