The shredded beef burrito was OK, the taco salad was very bland. The margarita was not great either. I will say the waitress was very good, the service was great.

For many years this was the only sit down Mexican restaurant in/around Escanaba. As a former restaurant owner I know when something is out of a can and frozen to be heated up on demand. Atmosphere is decent though, but the food is certainly american...More
As soon as you sit down they bring you chips and salsa. The salsa is so good. They have the best margaritas I've ever had. I definitely recommend their fajitas but you can't go wrong with anything else you get. I'll definitely be going back.

There chips and salsa are really good and complimentary. We got mild salsa, hot salsa, and the jalapeño cheese dips (jalapeño cheese is extra). The wait staff is always nice and constantly checking to see how you are doing and to see if you need...More

You can probably get just as good at Taco Bell, except the watery margarita. Never walked away very satisfied here, and only go when others insist. The salsa is still pretty good here, not a fan of anything else. Service is often slow and surly.
Fajitas are a great show at the table, and taste great. Love every dish I've ever tried. I never fail to take home chips and salsa for a next-day treat.
