If your looking for some fine dinning service, this is the place to be. Good for special occasions. Nice scenic view with fresh seafood choices

Classic seafood restaurant with a bit of a modern twist. Our server Drew was excellent. He had a clear head for service and through tailored suggestions was able to make us irresistible suggestions. He's a true gem. Food was good, cocktails were excellent. Our only hiccup was a late seating to our reservation.

We arrived for our reservation at 7:05pm, so we were about 5 minutes late. The host advised they were running a couple minutes behind, so it wasn't a big deal. She referred us to the bar for a drink. That was fine until we sat there for over 30 minutes. We asked that they buy our round of drinks, which... More

My daughter took me there for the first time because she loves it. It was too pricy for my taste. The person that took care of us was not to hospitable but another person ended up helping us.

30 years ago, my wife and I went to the original Joe Muir's on our first date. We have eaten at several Muir restaurants over the years and they have all been excellent. My wife and I had both worked in the Ren Cen, so she decided to take me to Joe Muir's for a nostalgic 70th birthday. It was... More

Brought my wife for her Birthday diner. Great food, excellent service, nice atmosphere, fine dining. Be sure to ask for a window seat or as close as you can get otherwise you may get seated in the back. Pricing is relevant to the menu which was very diverse for anyone seafood oriented or not, but obviously seafood is their specialty.... More

We haven't been to Joe Muer's in years and I'm not sure why. Our meal was superb!! A+ thanks to our amazing server, Syed! Food was way above average and ambience was beautiful with views of the Detroit River and Windsor. We had halibut and a Joe Muer spin on surf/turf which was lamb/scallops, two of my favorites. Not one... More

Here for a 30 plus person business presentation. Great room with view of river. Staff impeccable - old world charm, dress and politeness - I loved it. My steak excellent and for a businesss meeting I was over the moon. Don't live here but it's a very nice restaurant and I travel everywhere on business. I was impressed !!!!

Ended up at hotel for a night and needed a good meal. Stumbled into Joe Muer's and was knocked out. Great food, marvelous wine list, very old school dining experience and then there was our waiter Walter, a nice young man who was the complete professional. Now my wife and I are spice blenders so flavor profiles are everything to... More

My husband and I were looking for someplace to grab a late night bite while we were staying in the Ren Center. We arrived an hour before closing and took a seat at the bar. They do have a dress code! We had several people greet us and wait on us. We ordered the clam chowder, calamari, and lobster corn... More
