Love everything about this place. The setting, the staff, the ambiance, and of course the food. This trip i had the bone in bison ribeye which was amazing with Maccroni with lobster. Had Oysters Rocker Fella style to kick things off. I would have provided pictures but the food is gone as I write this with a full tummy.

You must go to Eddie Merlot's for their filet. It melts in your mouth. My only complaint is that some of the waitstaff tend to be a bit stiff.

What can I say, Eddie Merlot's is a special place. We've grown very fond of having dinner there on Friday after a long week. No matter how stressed we are going in, we always leave relaxed and content. We ask for seating on the bar side. The chairs there are so comfortable it's impossible not to relax. The beef carpaccio... More

My wife and I came here for a date night out after buying GC's from Costco ($100 for $75). Our dinner started out slow as our server disappeared for quite a bit to finally return and take our order. We started with the tempura shrimp which was out of this world. We then got the French onion soup which was... More

We went to Eddie Merlot's with family and friends to celebrate birthdays. We had a separate room with 2 designated waiters. Both waiters were very attentive. Food was excellent! Everyone enjoyed themselves. Only disappointment was the coffee - watered down and tasteless

We celebrated a friends birthday. The decor is upscale and unique, but the staff was a bit stilted and stuffy. Our server was an excellent sales person, hi-liting the hi-end items. Lol! I fell for one of them, the shrimp appetizer which to my surprise was $26. The 4 shrimp were large and tasty but the bacon was chewy and... More

The restaurant is very nice inside. We dined on a weekend evening, it was busy but not crazy. Our waitress was not very engaging, (long braid) sat for several minutes before even being offered water. It was also hard to get water refills. The server was not able to speak to the wine list or a lot about the menu.... More

I have been to numerous high end restaurants for business meetings but this was my first time at Eddie Merlot's. The ambiance and decor in the restaurant is beautiful. Very classy and bright (not the usual dark steakhouse). The wine cellar with glass walls is a beautiful touch. The wine list is extensive and the multiple bottles of wine we... More
