Came down and choked down on some delicious fried cod and French fries. We had a few drinks and took a little walk for dessert across the street. The service was good and friendly. It's a once a summer place for me.

Food was good, but not wow. It's a good place to have drinks and watch a game (large TV's). You can probably find better places to eat.
We returned to Cpt. Kidd's after 7 years and still loved it! The cod taco, grilled shrimp in garlic, and fried fish were delicious. We sat outside with a view of the harbor and were able to watch small boats arrive and sea gulls landing....More

Stopped in for a couple of drinks and to watch the Bruins play. The screen behind the bar is gigantic and offers a great vantage point to enjoy sports. Friendly staff, good drink selection and a knowledgeable bartender made this a great experience.
This is a restaurant with an outstanding atmosphere, you instantly feel at home. It is cosy with a great sea view. The food is great and the service people are very enthusiastic. Good vaue for money, especially when you count in the sea view!
