We had dinner here in late October. The restaurant caters to the Williams college crowd. We saw a number of families that definitely looked like mom and dad with two or three college age students. The restaurant is quiet. The menu is relatively limited. I...More

Our grandson recommended we try Mezze's for dinner recently, and I'm glad he did. We were seated immediately, and as water was poured, some of the most delicious bread ever appeared table side. Nothing starts off a dinner more favorably than freshly baked bread, and...More

For our last evening in the area, Mezze was the easy choice. We've dined there several times over the years, and our latest visit more than lived up to our high expectations. We shared a very interesting and tasty appetizer to start: hazelnuts and pomegranate...More

We've been here three times. This time the menu was exactly the same as the last time, a year ago. That was disappointing. The food is prepared well but the prices seem quite high for what you're getting. It's like a mid-range restaurant trying to...More

There isn't much upscale dining in this area; this place tries but it doesn't make it. The restaurant itself is elegant and the service is good. Unfortunately, the food is bad. Had the bistro steak which was over-sauced, salty; poor quality and barely edible. My...More

As winter approaches, I become the designated driver for my friends! This Friday we decided to head north to Williamstown for dinner. Mezze looked good on paper and word of mouth. The earliest table we could reserve was 8:15 pm which, although on the late...More

While the food was a little more expensive than I would have liked, I enjoyed dining at the Mezze Bistro. The wait staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful, and I loved looking out at the beautiful scenery. My chicken was rather dry, even though the...More

While I like this restaurant for many reasons- elegant decor, good food etc, the chef really has to cut down on the sodium. Several people in our party complained that the food was way over the top salty - the pork, the pasta - were barely...More

The service was cordial and professional. The menu offered seasonal options with vegetarian options. The small plates were unique and had interesting flavor choices. Also, the plate presentation was beautiful. We had the “Burrata., heirloom tomato plate and the pork... All was superior.

I don't know about proximity to the theater. We were both wearing jeans; the deck is completely casual. It appeared that the inside is business casual, as well, e.g., no swim cover-ups, tank tops, et al.

About a 5 minute drive, but allow extra time -- maybe another 5 or 10 minutes -- to find parking.
