The Brewmaster's Tavern is a slice of New England. It has very good quality food, from sandwiches to full meals. On my last visit I had the chicken mac and cheese, penne pasta in a cheesy white sauce with grilled chicken. The bowl of chili was a bit cool in temperature, but tasty. They have a VERY large selection of... More

There's a rustic New England charm to the place, and my family likes the varied menu. We just went there for Thanksgiving and as usual the portions were large and filling, with a nice selection of drinks and local brews to compliment the meal. The staff and servers are very friendly and accommodating and made the meal quite pleasant.

A classic, historic tavern for the ages. Please look at the 100 years old redwood plank floors from California redwoods shipped all the way to Mass on a ship. The food is pretty good too!

Food is good and affordable but the bill really adds up quickly when you start ordering drinks. Early Bird specials are totally worth it. Food is tasty. Good kids menu.

My wife and I stopped for lunch while visiting the Williamsburg Country Store. The Monday special was very good. Surf and turf. The steak was done just right and the scallops were tasty. Two people on a budget can have a great meal for less than $20.00 My wife opted for the $5.50 selection which was overwhelming. We couldn't believe... More

Rustic tavern with bar is very cozy and good atmosphere. Good prices on the regular menu but you can't beat the $5.50 lunches. Where are you going to get a burger and beer for under $5. You can here. Service was good as was the food. Definately will go back !

After spending a gorgeous afternoon enjoying the Berkshire's weather and its fall colors, we decided to stop for some refreshments in Williamsburg, Ma at The Brewmaster's Tavern. We headed for the bar and believe it was packed with patrons sipping their afternoon libations. We order some seasonal beers and some appetizers. The service was very good as well as the... More

I actually hadn't read other reviews; came because we were staying nearby and didn't feel like driving far. Pleasantly surprised! We were greeted promptly by the hostess, since we didn't have a reservation were told there would be a 15 minute wait, but were seated in 10 minutes. Our wait staff was very attentive, and went the extra mile to... More

I read reviews about this restaurant and I expecting bad service. The waitress, Amber, was very attentive and pleasant. The food was superb. The soup, a tomato, basil and cheddar soup was remarkable. I had the New Orleans Pasta. It was rich, a touch on the hot side and delicious. Everyone liked their meals. Great place to eat.

I agree with serenitynow77 about the service here ... I kind of felt like I was on Candid Camera or Punked and kept waiting for someone to come about and say "hee hee just joking" ... Upon arrival, I had to approach someone even though I was waiting in clear view of the check in area. Then my the taking... More
