Mad Martha's is one of those fantastic authentic finds when you are traveling. The fact that people are waiting for tables in chilly New England early April tells you something. Other reviewers are correct in describing it as a shack. But they put out some great breakfast food in that little shack. And it's ambience is fun, friendly, and nothing... More

It gets busy, even on a cold day you may have a 30 min wait but you can put your name down and then walk on the beach. They also gave us coffee and will get you drinks while you wait outside.. The place is small but in the summer there are outside tables. The food was really good, you... More

Literally, a shack. Across from a beach. In the middle of nowhere. Yet be prepared to wait for the locals line up - even in the dead of winter. The food is usual breakfast fare, yet it is hearty, and non-greasy (I hate that about so many breakfast places). However, the specials are amazing. When available - a breakfast sandwich... More

The waitress was supernice, freindly atmosphere, we ordered the pancakes and the cook enjoyed creating them in the shape of a crab, delicious, great place, always again

Wonderful, imaginative menu, perfectly prepared food, fun and comfortable atmosphere, and friendly service. What's not to love? I had an ahi tuna taco special, which was one of the best meals out I've had in recent memory. My companions' meals were equally good. With family nearby, we'll be back soon!

Has been a while since I've been to Mad Martha's. Other than the decor, not too much has changed ... which is good! Was here for breakfast today with a friend. The place is entirely open, so you can see what's going on in the kitchen. The walls are now painted to look like beachy shingles. I like the new... More

The food was incredible and super worth the wait. The only negative was a big one: the flies! The restaurant didn't do a good job of ventilating and eliminating flies. We were constantly swatting away flies throughout our meal.

Very unique breakfast joint! Something for everyone including kids. You can even BYOB...for bloodies or mimosas. Love their corn beef hash...the best ever.
