Our group meets here every 2-3 years for our major dinner get-together, and while they limit the menu's choices to keep down our costs, the quality of our food and service is always top notch. We're alumni of a college singing group, so all they...More

Our second visit, as the was first, was so good! It's still the best bistro in our area, we think. We share crab rillettes and pâté de fois gras. Both were fabulous and the homemade chutney with the pâté is exceptional. I ordered their NY...More

Great restaurant in a quaint town. A bit pricey but you will not be disappointed. Rack of lamb couldn't be better and loved the atmosphere and location.

Great place we went on our first anniversary and the food and service were great and the whole thing was under 150 with a bottle of wine.

Came here for Memorial Day weekend. Had the soft shell crab appetizer which was tasty but a little salty. I followed up with a burger. It was cooked a little too rare for medium-rare but I ate it anyways. To me, it was missing something...More

Seamless service almost makes it look too easy. Sometimes when we have a completely smooth experience it's easy to overlook the fact that the order was taken promptly, the food was even better that anticipated and everything arrived in a timely but unhurried manner. It's...More

I moved to Schenectady last June and only recently discovered Chez Nous. However, since discovering it, I've returned at least once every other week. Chez Nous is easy to miss driving down the road and certainly an unexpected gem in the Schenectady area. The main...More

Description
Chez Nous is a chef- and pastry chef-owned operation where the focus is on real, seasonal ingredients prepared in both modern and classic ways. We offer half portions of many items, to encourage lots of tasting and variety, and we take care to prepare as many items gluten-free and dairy free as possible, leaving lots of choices for everyone. Our 1841 house has charm and comfort, and our newly-renovated bar is the perfect place to have a local craft beer, wine from our award-winning list, or a creative cocktail, along with bar snacks, our famous pate, or anything from our dinner menu.
