Clams and fish were fresh and prepared well. Paper plates and everything you would expect. They do not have Whole lobsters so choose elsewhere if you want one!!

This place existed already when my wife was a student in the late 90's in Cambridge, she never got to visit it so we decided to go. It does not sell beer so BYOB Clams seem fresh however the batter was missing something. Also the...More

This was stop #3 on our clam shack tour. We arrived 20 minutes prior to opening and there were about 20 people ahead of us (including friends from VT, total chance encounter!) It was a delicious fried clam experience, among the best we have tried...

I didn't think I liked whole-belly clams, but the lady next to us in line said the trick is to ask if they're small. These were, and they were delicious. Perfect fries, crispy lightly-battered "o" rings, and more. Prices are high, but that's a reflection...More

The Ipswich Clam Box is a sentimental favorite of ours. We visit it each time we are in Massachusetts. The native clam mini-box and the lobster roll are our favorites. For a side dish, we recommend the always-tasty cole slaw. Enjoy!

No , they do not, unless things changed since last year. Their seafood is out of this world, although it is expensive but worth it. We ordered it to go, and took it back to the hotel we stayed at, and ate it there, with beer... More
