Just a warning that not all prices are created equal here. We recently stopped in for lunch and although the beers are good the food is hit or miss. My husband had a smoked chicken wrap which he said was very good. I ordered the...More

Long-time N Mass watering hole. Food is good, beers are excellent, and they're commendably supportive of local arts & music.

We stopped here (my uncle, Dad, and I) after a day of skiing in VT. This was on the ride home - I’m so happy we found the People’s Pint because it was fantastic. This will be our new after-ski spot!! I had the pretzel,...More

I'm not a beer drinker, so I can't speak about the beer, but my husband likes their brew - The People's Pint - and has bought some bottled beer to take home. Food was great - try the papusas, the squealer burger, mac'n' cheese, &...More

Let me first say that I've heard a lot of good things about the food and beer about this place and all of them were true, however after giving this place at least 3 tries I've come to the conclusion that the service is deliberately...More

Although I like beer, what first attracted me was the diverse menu—a cut well above typical bar food, and the meals themselves did not disappoint. Plus, neither the bar nor dining area was noisy. Throw in a good list of both craft beer and craft...More

Food was solid but not as tasty as you would expect. Oddly bland even though all the ingredients should have added up to deliciousness. Service the night we were there was indifferent.

This place was highly recommended to us so I'm not sure if we just hit it on a bad day or what. It was not crowded at all so I can't blame it on that. The service was slow and the food just mediocre. Not...More

Wine was great. Had the ribs. Not so great. About a full bottle of BBQ sauce poured on it after cooking. A weird combo of sweet hot in BBQ sauce. I guess I'm spoiled by true southern BBQ. Not a fan of a full bottle...More

Making a round trip thru the Berkshires we found this little brew pub. It was lunch time so a beer and a bowl of soup hot the spot. The homemade soups were awesome and the beer selection made choosing hard. If we were not driving...More

Hi there, what do you mean exactly by "beer sampling"? If you mean do we offer flights with several small pours all together, yes we do. If you mean something like a beer tasting event, no we don't really do that. Hope... More

Description
We brew our own beers at our brewery on Hope Street; we bake our own desserts; and our bar and kitchen menu has a variety of meals and appetizers that we hope will satisfy you. Whenever possible we serve organic foods supplied by local growers and producers. Our dishes are oriented around seasonal New England fruits and vegetables supplied by local farmers. Our priority is not only to provide you with fresh drinks and tasty food but to do it with as little waste as possible. You might notice that no disposable plastic and a minimum of paper items will appear on your table. Also, you may be pleased to know that all kitchen and dining room food scraps are composted and all plastic, cardboard, paper, glass and metal is recycled. Our brewery grain is fed to pigs and goats in Gill. As a result, even on our busiest night, we have not disposed of more than one barrel of trash. We hope that the knowledge of your participation in this ongoing act of environmental goodwill enhances the time you spend at The People's Pint.
