Very, very unique place. You could stay here for several hours checking out the stuff on the walls. I had the Al Capone sandwich. When we were here they had a band, free pizza and tea. Great Food. Great place!

Prissy Bertha and Sunny Romani both made appearances at our table at this casual order at the counter brought to the table by a server, slightly off center eatery in downtown Great Barrington. Perhaps I should mention that these were both sandwiches, served on a...More
I have made this place one of my favorite, local hangouts. Yes --- the staff dress like gypsies. Also the service is self-serve, as you order at the bar: where they give you your drink and then find you & your table once you're seated....More
Be prepared for that crunchy, hippie experience, complete with Indie music and similar events. If this is what you like, you'll like this Joynt. Munchies are good. Service can be a bit spacey. Be sure to wear a tie-dyed shirt, so you'll fit in. Peace,...More

im seriously amazed this place isn't number 1 in GB, its always my first stop when passing through for the summer. everything thing from the staff to the food is amazing, the only downside for me being an English man is they don't serve chips...More
They had a ton of great choices. The macaroni and cheese pizza with brisket was incredible. The atmosphere is very laid back and they had some great background music playing (Al Green, Marvin Gaye, etc.). The workers were incredibly friendly too.
