I have been going to the Aegean for many years now. I had stopped going at one point because the food had taken on the flavor of the fuel they use for their grill. It tasted like kerosene or something like that. Anyway, I decided to give them another chance about 6 weeks ago. It was just like I remember... More

The salad was edible, but I've never tasted such terrible chicken. Our waiter was very nice, but it took a half hour from when we placed our order to get our food.

Almost every dish comes with a greek salad. The fish and meat dishes are very good. Large seating capacity and bar area. The lamb and other greek dishes are all excellent and worth a try.

If you like Greek food , this is the place to go. However, there is American food on the menu, so others will not be disappointed. It is plentiful, nicely presented and reasonably priced. It also has a lovely atmosphere, suitable for friends, family or a date. We have been there several times and have always been more than delighted.... More

Nice spacious restaurant good for groups. Lots of menu options. Salad is excellent. Grape leaves dry and lack seasoning. Lamb is good. Service is slow. Pricing reasonable.

Have been coming to the Aegean for greek dinner for over 30 years. Had visited the Watertown locale, now closed for many years. The Framingham Rte 30 locale has been a family gathering dinner spot for last 20 years or so. If you love lamb or any greek food you will be amazed at how consistent the quality of the... More

I recently treated a friend to a birthday dinner at the Aegean. Pleasant enough atmosphere. Fortunately, we had a table against a wall so we could hold a conversation. I had a gyro dish with green beans - although tasty, the meat portion was meager, yet there was an over abundance of green beans which was odd. I'm guessing to... More

Went to the Aegean for lunch with a friend. My egg lemon soup, a favorite for decades, was as delicious as always. My mussels arrived, fragrant with a sprinkling of fresh garlic. The mussels were ROTTEN. My companion could even smell the foul odor. The acting manager discussed a recent visit from the Board of Health, but never ever took... More

I've been eating here for awhile now. This time not so good. We sat in the bar area which is always lively, and it was.The service was slow ,took over 20 minutes before the waiter came over to greet and offer to take our order. I tried to order a bottle of wine which they ran out of.this visit,I stayed... More

We have been to this place few times. Very spacious and elegant setting. Great for large parties. Food is ok but not authentic Greek. Portions are large and prices on higher side. Most dishes were on salty side specially the pikilia (appetizer plate). We ordered lamb stew, fisherman platter, lamb souvlaki and shrimp saganaki. The beans were not fresh and... More
