Great diner wit authentic atmosphere. My only wish is they would have had "Betsy's Diner" merchandise to buy.

The restaurant is a bona fide diner. Visited for breakfast and rating it on that basis. We both had typical eggs, toast and homefries, one meal with corned beef hash an other with bacon. Seated very quickly and service was very prompt. Only small gripe...More
My husband and I tried Betsy's for breakfast on the way to the Vineyard. Everything cooked great- recommend you stop here on your way to the ferry.
We were advised by a Falmouth resident to walk down from our hotel to Betsy's for breakfast. The advice was well appreciated and justified. Wonderful staff greeted us, led us to a booth, provided "specials," filled the beverages, and was prompt with asking us if...More
We go to Falmouth every Memorial Day weekend and always stop at Betsy's for breakfast. Great menu and daily specials. Service is always good.
Just off the Island Queen we were looking for a substantial breakfast before our long drive back to Michigan. So delighted to discover this classic place with wonderful friendly service. The neon sign on the diners' exterior reads, "Eat Heavy"; any restraint will need to...More

Breakfast at Betsy's Diner was good. We went two days. The coffee is good, the food plentiful. We had the homemade corn beef hash, waffle, omelet, and eggs. Everything was good.
We ate breakfast there twice in a week. This place still has jukeboxes at the booths. The food is very good and the staff is very competent.
Cute 50's style diner, in the middle of Falmouth center. Staff is always friendly , food is delicious and fresh . Plenty of parking and reasonable too
