We had the pleasure of dining here today for Father's day. We arrived at 7PM and the line was way out the door. We waited about 35 minutes just to order, but the view of the marsh across the way was very nice. It was...More

When our son was diagnosed 5 years ago with Celiac Disease, Woodman's was a godsend: fried fish, French fries, onion rings!!! But over the winter I discovered that all the fried food there is cooked with lard. It's 2017. If McDonald's and Oreo's could drop...More

Thank you so much for taking the time to write and for your encouraging words. I do want to take a minute to discuss the lard issue... and boy it can be an issue. During the years when so many restaurants switched to using trans-fats...More

The plates were huge. The lobster roll was excellent. The onion rings were the best that I ever had. The restaurant has very fast and efficient service. I would stop by again. You truly get a lot for the money.

A good lobster roll and great fried clams on our last visit! Lines can get long - so try to arrive early or late for any meal and you will be happier!!

When you see 70 people lined up outside to partake lunch, you know you're getting the best seafood: lobster, steamers, clams. etc. OH! MY!

Top dollar for small amount of crab, overpriced but tasty, served on fresh warmed hot dog bun with 1/2 cup of potato chips. Coffee another $1.75. For $15, I could have had a nice lunch ANYWHERE! Name of this place carries BIG $$$$.

This is one of those places untouched by time and fashion...just the salt air on the graying New England architecture. Pretension free, only great clams, cold beer, and loved ones....whats not to like ? As a chef I look for honest food, and this my...More
