I was very disappointed when so many of my friends raved about Tony and Ann's Pizza. I think my expectations were similar to those of my mom's pizza from our kitchen's brick oven in Polizzi, growing up as a child. The pizza was drenched in a sauce with an identity crisis: it was neither bitter nor sweet. I also did... More

Thank you for trying out our pizza. It is not an everybody pizza we understand that. We use a lot of sweet sauce, a lot of cheese and toppings if you go that route. The pizza has no identity crisis, it is very aware of who it is :) it is a fork and knife pizza. We will also make... More

The pizza Is made with a sweet tomato sauce thats what makes this pizza so good. The meatballs and the chicken tenders are also very good.

Owners/waitstaff friendly, love their pizza. I used to go there when it was in Tyngsboro when I was little. So glad they're back again. They also have the best french fries around.

It has been quite some time since we stopped at this Restaurant. We were in the neighborhood and couldn't pass by Tony & Ann's. They now feature three sizes of Pizza. Knowing the high quality of their food we ordered the xtra large pizza to go. returning home we were 100% satisfied with the same quality pizza we had received... More

Sauce way too sweet. Cheese gooey gooey. Not my favorite. Had the veal one time, like shoe leather. The sauce does not go good with it.

Mark, I would suggest trying the veal again. I am not 100% sure of when you came in but I would gladly make it for you. We can also make your sub with lite sauce and/or lite cheese. if not, I understand as the sauce (pizza) is not an everybody thing. Thanks for giving it a shot. More

This place is operated by the family of Tony & Ann, which was originally located in No. Chelmsford. Have been eating this pizza since 1959, by daughter and now her son's love it too. Was definitely excited when after several years the "kids" opened at this location. The original flavors are still there, but the cheese is somewhat different..yet positively... More

In my opinion, this is the best pizza I've ever had. If you've never been, you're going to get your box and based on size, you may think "that's all I get?". But just wait until you pick it up. It weighs more than your car. Reason being, they absolutely know how a pizza SHOULD be made. Absolutely loaded with... More

Like many who comment on here I grew up eating Tony and Ann's in Chelmsford. My wife and I were both disappointed when they closed, but were overjoyed when the family reopened in Dracut. We do not get to enjoy as much as we used to because we live in Portsmouth, NH but any chance I get I pick up... More

Thank you for coming in and giving the pizza a shot. We use a lot of sauce and a lot of cheese by default, however, we will make our pizza to your liking, be it lite sauce or cheese, crispy bottom or well done all around. Thank you, Paul Getman Tony and Ann's Pizza More

I have gotten pizza here a couple of times because someone told me about it. Pizza truly has unique, sweet flavor - must be the sauce. Is VERY good and worth the trip to get it. They do keep weird hours it seems - so check hours before heading over. Also, not really a place you'll likely sit and eat... More

Description
The base Tony and Ann's Pizza is loaded with gooey cheese and delicious sweet sauce. That does not mean you can't have it your way though. You can ask for light cheese, extra cheese, thick crust, light sauce and extra sauce. You can can have your pizza 1/2 cooked to eat later. You can have a crispy bottom so that maybe it is easier to eat or you can go well done for those "Char Broil" lovers (we won't really char broil your pizza). The choice is yours.
