Went to the bar with friends today. Lovely fire in the fireplace. I had the salmon, a friend had the seafood strudel and another had the lobster Mac & cheese. We all enjoyed our food. Can’t say enough abt this place!

I celebrated my birthday on Friday, March 9th at Scargo Café, which is probably the restaurant we frequent most often, and this evening only validated our choice even more. Helping to celebrate was Stefanie, our daughter; Bob, our son-in-law; and Ryan, our grandson, who came...More
Fantastic menu, great food and charming atmosphere. Every visit offers a great experience, plus this restaurant is open all year and accepts reservations.

I gave up on Scargo when they served me a $14 Caesar salad made with ice berg lettuce. When I told the waitress, her answer was that it had Caesar dressing. Dressing does not a Caesar salad make. Gone. No more.More
Ouch! Wow that's a pretty wild experience. I'd be astounded if that happened to me too... and even more surprised if I received the response that you describe. We have not served a Caesar salad for over two years so I'm guessing it's been some...More
