The food was good, the views were great, low-key / chill vibe, walking distance to main street in St. Michael's. Nice place to eat outdoors.

Overall, The Crab Claw delivered a lovely experience and I would recommend it. We decided to pop in for dinner prior to our ghost tour. It turned out to be a great choice. The decor is comfortable, fun, and almost nautical kitschy. It could almost be a movies set. The view was stellar ~ couldn't have ask for a better... More

We had an oyster sandwich (6 oysters) and hush puppies for lunch, both good. Crabs by the dozen, wow.

This place is a notorious tourist trap, that the locals generally avoid. Lousy service and overpriced, but it is on the water and it was a nice Wednesday for lunch. We arrived at about 12:50, not busy. Seated ourselves and was told by a waitstaff that our waiter was having problems with the computer and would be awhile. She didn't' ask... More

Only if you are a crab picker. Sadly we are not. Lovely spot on the water which we enjoyed on a nice spring evening. Good service.

The only great thing I can say that this place had a nice view. Food was good, prices were ok, atmosphere was a throwback to the 70s. I had a crab salad, I will say that the crab did not contain fillers and had a good taste.

This was a wonderful place for lunch after touring the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. The museum gets you warmed up to tasting crabs and they were delicious. The waitress (Ann Marie) did a great job of "teaching" us the proper way to eat the crabs, since we are not from here. Great afternoon and the staff were very welcoming.

Sitting on the outdoor deck with gorgeous views and excellent food was one of the highlights of my weekend in Saint Michaels. I highly recommend this restaurant.

It has been a few years since we went to the Crab Claw, but during this rainy long weekend, it was a welcome dinner destination. The food was hot and very good, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend it, especially during the warmer weather when crabs abound.

Thank Patricia M
