With an ever changing menu so you don't get bored with your choices, great food at reasonable prices it is our "go to" choice when we are going out. We often go to other local restaurants just as a break in the routine but honestly nothing compares.

Good drink specials. I had a Kentucky Negroni. The menu items are also good unique. The dates wrapped bacon habernero was excellent.

Yes, it's pretty inside though I think it's overly decorated. They were fairly busy but 45 minutes to bring the soups and salads is puzzling. Everyone else claimed to be happy with their food but mine was ordinary. I suggest you go to La Limena which is not far. Food and portions are much better though not the decorations.

That the management and staff were able to maintain their consistent excellence on a busy Thanksgiving day was noteworthy. This was a return visit and it was a nice surprise that the usual menu was intact but with the addition of a few Thanksgiving options. Despite a full house, we never felt rushed, our waiter, Eugene, was exceptional and so... More

A friend living 10 minutes away from this restaurant chose it. I have been at Clyde's in DC, Tysons Corner, Chevy Chase and I like them very much, my preferred being Chevy Chase's. This one did not disappoint me. We were a gang of 10 + 2 kids (3+6 mos) and were very well taken care of. Drinks took no... More

My favorite aspect of this place is the Adirondack lodge atmosphere (request to be seated in the rear lodge style rooms). The food is pretty good, prices reasonable for the level of restaurant. Great bars. A pretty safe bet if you are looking for a swankier place in the area.

I had almost forgotten how great Clyde's really is! We learned they serve great food until 1am every night! This native New Yorker love late night meals! (Which is almost impossible to find in this area.) The location in tower oaks office park, is convenient and beautiful! The decorations and lights had my daughter (home for her first visit back... The very good: the setting, especially during any of the holidays. It is one of the nicest in Montgomery County. The good: crumb cake rolls. The average: food and service. Our party ordered 2 salads (salmon and chicken), a crab cake sandwich and a steak and egg sandwich. The sandwiches were good. The salads were below average, with unimaginative dressings... More

Description
Tucked away in a 22-acre nature preserve just fifteen minutes from Georgetown, Tower Oaks Lodge has the look and feel of an authentic Adirondack lodge. Divided into four dining rooms, the Lodge contains a vast collection of art and artifacts such as vintage canoes and row boats, and antique saddles and trophies. Chef Jeffery Eng, formerly of 1789 Restaurant, presides over the kitchen team featuring a menu of great American saloon-style food. The Lodge offers the freshest seafood, locally-grown seasonal vegetables, pastas, and salads, as well as Clyde's classics such as cheeseburgers and chili.
