We found this place when we visited the Winterfest Lights at North Side Park. We’ve been coming to OC for as long as I can remember and usually go to the “routine” places. It looks like we found another place to add to our routine....The service at the bar was outstanding as they worked as a team. There were a lot a craft beers and appetizers. We got the crab dip which was good but I’ll get back to that in a moment. The burgers! Amazing! Cooked exact to order and too big to eat all of it. The best part were the habanero pickles ( oh my) and the chips. Back to the crap dip- they need to bring the homemade chips with the crap dip. We’ll be back. Most definitely.More

Arrived here for a late lunch. Restaurant was almost empty, but we were greeted by 2 people immediately and shown to our table. Lots of choices. I opted for a Lamb Burger and it was delicious. My only negative would be that our waiter Dakota...S shared with us that another table had not left a tip. I thought that was very unprofessional.More

Stopped in for the first time since last season and, as usual, this place does not disappoint. The burgers were delicious & service was prompt. What stood out the most was our server Rob. He was very knowledgeable of all menu items and his recommendations...were spot-on! Rob actually remembered my drink of choice from last year (sign of a great bartender)!More

My husband and I frequent the park near Abbey Burger Bistro and have heard all the great reviews. We planned on getting carry out and eating on a park bench with our dogs in the early spring of 2019 but they were closed for renovations...no...problem, we figured we’d come back over the summer. Fast forward to today, 8/16/19. It was a beautiful day so we ordered carry out to take to the park. We selected the famous bistro burger which was good but definitely just average...it tasted good and was a decent portion. We also got the large soft pretzel plain with deli mustard. This also was good. The biggest issue was with the place itself....for having gone through a renovation only a few months ago, it looked like a frat house party room on a Sunday morning...stripped down and not super clean. The main entrance was overgrown and obscured as well. It took 45 min for our two items to be served. The staff was very nice but just not impressed with the atmosphere or timeliness at all. Not sure we’ll return.More

We had dinner here the first night in Ocean City. The burgers were absolutely delicious. The wait staff were friendly and very courteous. Our dinners arrived quickly and all of it was cooked perfectly.

The Abbey Burger Bistro advertises that it was voted the best burger in Maryland. The problem is that acclamation was for the location in Federal Hill and not Ocean City. The burgers at this location are no where near as good as over the bridge....We stopped coming here after coming numerous attempts due to receiving incorrect orders, getting burgers cooked to the wrong temperature and being underseasoned. Apparently, the parent company realized that there was issues with this location and they couldn't keep the standard that they had at there other locations. They hired a management company to oversee the operations at this location and been advertising heavily about the change. We thought that since there was new management, we figured we would give them another try. When we arrived, we could see that they expanded the bar area and added some new seafood items to the menu. Overall, it looked good. The bartender was very nice and took our order. When the food arrived, my order was incorrect as it was missing items, it was also to be a lettuce wrap and came on a bun (thankfully, I do not have a gluten allergy). The wrong salad dressing came with my salad. My wifes order was correct but we were dissapointed in the tiny amount of coleslaw that you get for $3 as an upgrade to the chips. It was probally about a 1/3 cup if that. My salad was a good size for the $3 upcharge. Upon biting into our burgers, mine was over cooked (was to be medium and was closer to well) and my wife's was undercooked (it was to be medium and was closer to rare (a good amount of blood). Both were not seasoned and lacked flavor. I may be wrong, but if your name has "burger" in it, you should know how to cook a burger to a propper temperature and remember to season it. It's obvious that nothing has changed with this restaurant except with the cosmetics and there are too many options for burgers in OC that are tastier, consistently cooked, cheaper and an overall better value for your money.More

We were there as a family of 5 on Friday July 5th, we loved the new look of the place. My husband was upset that the potato salad and goat cheese was removed from the menu. The noise level was terrible, you could not have...a conversation without raising your voice. We had a table in the bar.More
