The food is pretty spicy, and if that is what you like then you are in the right place. It's definitely a different flavor from the Curry leaf. What I wanted was lamb chops, however, they do not have them due to the fact that...More

We visited this restaurant recently. The original Curry Leaf restaurant is now Godavari. Even though this is South Indian based name and restaurant we ordered few North Indian dishes like Paneer Masala. All three curries were good. The medium spicy is very decent as per...More

Unfortunately, the popular Curry Leaf restaurant permanently closed in July 2018. It spawned a lot of discussion on the Old Town Laurel mailing list, where it came out that the chef from Curry Leaf is now at Amber Spice, in the Marlo's parking lot at...More

Great food when it was open. The new shop is different - Godavari - it's a chain franchise. Your best bet is just down the street - Amber Spice just opened by the chef from Curry Leaf and his brother. Beautiful spot with quality authentic...More

I have eaten at dozens of Indian restaurants, so when I say that Curry Leaf is completely average my opinion means something. I enjoyed their lunch buffet a few days ago but absolutely nothing jumps out as anything other than ordinary.

This was our fourth or fifth visit to Curry Leaf, and we remain very pleased. We ordered a ton of food (and took about half of it home), and everything we ate was very good. Biryani, tandoori, and veggies were all fine. The only minor...More

I've eaten here a few times now (A La Carte as well as buffet) and every time I have been extremely satisfied with the food preparations, but I haven't tried their desserts yet. The best part about the service is that they leave you alone...More
